*The staff. Not overly helpful. An older man checked us in and he wasn’t that great. It felt like we were being a nuisance to him.

Se veía muy descuidado (mucho polvo), pague mas por la habitación con tina y resulta que no servía, la tv tampoco funcionó, mencionaba vistas a la sierra y resulta que construyeron justo enfrente por lo cual ya no tiene esas vistas

Cons:

El personal no fue nada servicial. Me fui con un hombre que me debía dinero y que nunca me lo dio. Pagamos y él dijo que nos daría el cambio, pero nunca lo hizo. Cuando llegamos, pagamos al entrar y decidí que ya no quería quedarme; él dijo que no podía darme un reembolso porque él no estaba a cargo. No tenía agua caliente.

Me quejé con un hombre mayor y dijo que el primer joven con el que hablé estaba a cargo. Al salir, hablé con otro hombre que dijo que los dueños eran los dos con los que ya había hablado. Además, no pude cargar mi teléfono en la habitación; los enchufes son muy malos.

No recomendaría este lugar a nadie.

Superb Hotel, Superb Room, Super Location.
Pros:

Location was superb, we were not in the center of the town but a bit outside of it and you can walk to the center which is just a few blocks. Peaceful area, rooms are super lovely, we even had a chimney super cool.

Cons:

We needed more time :-( to enjoy this lovely hotel and more of the surrounding area.
