Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l’hôtel dans le petit village de Courtedoux, proche de Porrentruy. Lit très confortable, personnel et petit déjeuner au top!

J’ai été volée !
Pros:

Rien du tout!

Cons:

L’établissement m’a facturé la chambre alors que j’avais été débité PayPal d’un montant de 186 Fr. Or, l’établissement m’a facturé 220 Fr. pour une chambre supérieure que je n’ai pas demandé.

Nous avons été mis dans une chambre dont les travaux n’étaient pas terminés. Nous n’avons reçu aucune explication à savoir où était la couverture supplémentaire. Nous avions un seul duvet de 120 cm pour deux. Il fallait savoir que c’était sous le lit.

La fenêtre de la salle de bain donnait sur une habitation et donc on pouvait nous voir se doucher car il n’y avait pas de film opaque ou de rideau occultant. Sans compter les fils électriques dénudés.
Nous avions une linge pour deux.

La climatisation qui fait office de chauffage a fait du bruit toutes la nuit.

Bref: une nuit horrible et je me fais bien avoir !

Comme il n’y a pas de réception ouverte la nuit, nous n’avons pas pu averti qui que ce soit.

Lors de notre départ la réceptionniste nous a très gentiment dit qu’elle était désolée et qu’elle ne comprenait pas pourquoi on avait été placée dans une chambre non terminée.

Je cherchais un endroit pour passer une nuit bien reposante, c'était parfait.
Pros:

Il y a eu un problème avec ma réservation, l'hôtel n'avait aucune trace via Booking. Mais le directeur a pu faire le nécessaire immédiatement et tout s'est passé à merveille. La chambre était très propre et confortable au calme. Le personnel a été très souriant et aimable, un vrai plaisir.

Cons:

Aucune critique négative à formuler. J'ai été très satisfait de mon court séjour.

Modern and accessible hotel! A great surprise!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with this nice little modern hotel. They have a bar/bakery/Restaurant in the bottom floor and the rooms are upstairs.
We were traveling with our daughter in a wheelchair and so the elevator was great. There are no steps in the entire place. And, our room was really nice and spacey++. The bathroom was really big and the entire place was extremely comfortable!

Cons:

A little bit more explanation at the check in (door, breakfast) but it wasn't a problem really...we figured it out!

A new positive discovery of the Jura region
Pros:

The size of the room, the quality of the bed und cleanliness and the friendliness of the employees were indeed excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was seriously below expectations..... a little more attention to detail und a bit more investment into a good breakfast would be highly appreciated.
