Pros:

Отель в шаговой доступности от пл. Таксим и пр. Истикляль, причем очень удобно, что доходя от отеля до Истикляля, ты оказываешься в его центре. Хотя шведского стола нет, но подается очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Персонал очень доброжелательный.

Cons:

Того, кто не знает, что такое Тарлабаши, на контрасте с Бейоглу может "удивить" этот район.

El personal fue relativamente amable

Cons:

Decidí reservar este hotel por las buenas reseñas de limpieza, al llegar me percaté de que las sábanas tenían manchas, mucha basura bajo la cama, en el baño también habían manchas de moho y lo peor es que había cucarachas en la habitación, fuí a solicitar un cambio de habitación inmediatamente y por suerte tomé una foto, el recepcionista me dijo que no, a pesar de que vio la foto dijo que era el mueble así y le pregunté que entonces por qué se movía?, al final dijo que sí era una cucaracha y que lo único que podía hacer era darme un spray y al día siguiente intentaría cambiarme de habitación, el relleno de las almohadas estaba hecho bolas, súper incómodo, casi no descansé ( habitación 104), al día siguiente me cambió de habitación me dijo que era una habitación comfort, ( 300 y algo ) parecía un poco más limpia, pero el colchón tenía una mancha de quemado y muchas más manchas, y lo mismo en la noche descubrí un insecto en la cama, súper desagradable, tampoco pude descansar, el Peor alojamiento en el que he estado jamás.

Vize için orada konaklamıştım daha öncede, bu açıdan konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Personel gayet ilgili. Sabah erken taksi kullandığım için resepsiyonda çalışan ,daha sonra güvenli gidebildigimden emin olmak için beni aradi. Çok teşekkür ediyorum kendisine

Очень хорошие люди работают, порядочные и добрые. Помогали со всем. Локация удобная, 5 минут от автобусной стоянки, и 15 от метро. Чисто и уютно.

Фото отеля отличаются от реального состояния отеля!
Pros:

Номер был в очень плохом состоянии (фото прилагаю) и после того как я написала об этом отзыв, отель стал писать мне личные сообщения с претензиями на этот счет!

Cons:

Не понравились пятна на обоях, постельном белье, ржавчина на дверных петлях, поломанный шкаф, не работающий сейф, плохая уборка

Pros:

Very warm welcome. Baris, Rezan, Usama, Borivan and Sait have been always kind and available. Any question, these guys have been ready with answer and good advice about restaurants and places to visit. Missing you all and wishing you all the best.

Cons:

Missing the elevator... But the guys helped us with out heavy luggages.

Good Comfortable Stay at a reasonable price.
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel near the centre. Cleanliness was very good. Comfortable beds and fully equiped with TV and entertainment. Local shops are nearby and open till late. Toiletries were provided and good hot and cold water with instant flow. Breakfast was limited but good selection, Tea and coffee facilities were provided.

Cons:

The only down side I came across, you have to walk a bit to get the local transport. There is a steep hill to clim or if you go the opposite way then you get the bus. Otherwise taxis are available all the time.
