No good hotel
Cons:

I have nothing positive to say about my experience, as the service was poor. I booked my stay through an app for around 800 rupees, but when I arrived, they charged me 1,300 rupees for my stay. There were no facilities provided—no towels or soap—and I encountered cockroaches in the room. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the corridor. No meal or accommodation for the service no water bottle.

NOT worth for a family stay.
Pros:

Good Budget stay. Good location with access to all facilities (outside the property).
Big zero to the cleanliness.
Cockroaches running all over the place.
Dust filled mattress and dirty sheets and very dirty pillows.
