Very friendly staff in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel had everything we needed and was in a great location. There was also a great view of the city from the room's balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit dated (but totally functional). The shower wasn't very powerful.

Well, in general all were excellent- However, keeping breakfast warm would be great. I am ( also) of the view that it would make a difference if the supervisor checks on breakfast set-up to ensure all is ready.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel, dans un cadre confortable et accueillant

Le petit dejeuner est super bon

Cons:

La clim de la chambre avec lit double pas fonctionnel malgre l'intervention et la disponibilite du personnel d'assistance. on a du nous upgrader vers uen chambre superieur avec un meilleure confort.

First Kigali Trip!
Pros:

The staff were really nice.! Shout out to Dorcas, Jasmine and Loic! The food from the restaurant and in- from dining menus was fantastic! Towels were really clean.

Cons:

Their response to requests was slow. You would have to call and call again for you to get what you requested. Breakfast buffet was lean and uninteresting and for the most part not really tasty.
