A convenient place to stay in Kigali
Pros:

The hotel was fairly close to the main attractions in Kigali. There was ample parking. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was open late for dinner, which came in handy. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Access to the hotel was a bit difficult. There were some language difficulties with restaurant staff. The lobby had an oversized, empty feel.

High-end, good value for money close to city centre.
Pros:

Luxurious hotel about 10min away from the city centre. Gym and great breakfast included. Using sauna costs extra. Ironing equipment available on the room.

Pros:

Le personnel. Notamment celle du ménage de la chambre, un très grand professionnalisme avenante et attentionnée. Merci. La taille de la chambre le balcon la vue sur la montagne. Un régal dont on ne se lasse pas. Le petit déjeuner buffet topissime !! Parfait .
Le cadre autour de la piscine et les espaces extérieurs . L'hôtel n'est pas loin du centre et de convention. On peut y aller a pied mais il faut savoir que ça monte bcp.sinon pour moins de un euros il y a toujours des motos taxis qui nous ramènent en a peine 5mn. Il y aussi le taxi mais c'est plus cher. On y allait en moto ou a pied et au retour comme cest de la descente, cest faisable parfaitement a pied. Dans tous les cas il y a les moto taxis

Cons:

Le restaurant : attente trop longue .on a mangé 3 fois le soir et après on a laissé tomber car trop long. La salle de sport.bien quil y ait des équipements, elle ne semble pas tres entretenue. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes et la fontaine a eau était souvent vide sans compter quil ny avait plus de verres propres à disposition .la piscine est tres belle mais a chaque fois que j'y suis allée j'ai eu du mal a entrer car un peu froide

Not as expected.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, had good variety, and the staff were also okay. They also provided sundowners.

Cons:

Sometimes I did not find all the towels in the room, and I had to check out early, they refused to give me a refund.

The hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. There was complimentary airport pickup and the hotel helped me get a taxi for other trips.

Cons:

There were some small maintenance problems, like the air conditioning unit in my room leaking and the door handle to the balcony being broken. It would also be very helpful to guests if there was an ATM in the hotel.
