Pros:

The place was really organized, the staff were kind and the rooms were good enough and with an excelent view. I enjoyed the breakfast, a great mix of all the food.

It was good, except dealing with F&b staff. Actually I had most of my meals in the hotel.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Food was delicious and the staff was humble and polite, especially the front office and house keeping staff.

Cons:

The chefs were excellent and the food quality was genuinely good, but unfortunately the F&B service was extremely disappointing and appeared poorly managed.

I was charged an additional RWF 10,000 for room service, which the staff claimed was hotel policy — regardless of the order value. It honestly makes little sense to charge a RWF 10,000 service fee even if the food ordered is worth only RWF 2,000.

There were also promotional flyers placed in the room advertising chicken skewers at a certain price, but when ordering, I was informed that the promotional pricing applied only on Fridays — something that was nowhere mentioned on the flyer itself.

What was even more surprising was the inconsistency in their policies. If you dine at the restaurant and ask for your food to be sent to your room afterward, there is apparently no RWF 10,000 charge. The staff openly acknowledged this difference but were unable to properly explain the logic behind it.

Another frustrating experience was on Friday during the promotion. After purchasing food at the promotional rate, I moved to the restaurant area because of mosquitoes outside. Despite already buying the food under the promotion, I was then told I would be charged the regular restaurant rate simply because I brought the food into the restaurant seating area.

Overall, the restaurant management and service policies seem highly impractical and poorly communicated. The food and chefs deserve appreciation, but the service experience significantly affects the overall impression.

Amazing staff good breakfast and clean rooms
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so was the food, the facilities were clean and the distance from the airport was ok and the drivers were very friendly

Cons:

Only if the swimming pool wouldn’t be under renovation, or at least been written in the details when booking, it would have been a 10/10

Pros:

Loved the breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.
They even assisted with packing an early breakfast as we had to leave to catch a flight at about 6am.

Cons:

I believe scammers accessed my booking.com account through their WiFi.

Great Value in an Excellent location.
