M Hotel gave me a 5 star experience for less in Kigali and I recommend it again and again.

Business hotel più che discreto, colazione e cucina da migliorare
Pros:

Camera confortevole e silenziosa. Letto ok. Servizio di buon livello per quanto riguarda il personale ai piani. Wifi più che discreto. Check in e check out rapidi,

Cons:

Ristorante non adeguato con personale un po' chiassoso in cucina. Colazione sotto le attese, comunque sotto gli standard europei. La posizione è discreta ma non ottimale, un po' troppo distante dal centro. Piscina in fase di demolizione e ricostruzione, quindi inagibile.

Unparalleled level of Hospitality.
Pros:

Staff customer service was very good.
Reception desk manager was very considerate and responsive to our request. The hotel only offers airport pick up but because I picked my guests myself, they offered to drop them off at the airport on their departure date. I don't find this brilliant use of sound discretion common in many hotels in UK and Europe.
Anyways, this is what Rwandans are known for. I'm proud of them. Great people.

Cons:

I found nothing. I wish I had one but everything about our stay was great.

Nothing special but perfectly fine. Helpful staff.
Pros:

We had packed breakfasts for two days which were pretty good. It was also good of the staff to organise them as we had early starts. Breakfast in the restaurant was also fine. The usual breakfast buffet the world over. It's a perefctly fine place to stay. Nothing special but quite okay - and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired in places and the room wasn't that clean. It was also hard to get anyonje to answer room service to organise our early breakfasts - and I ended up going down to reception. However, having made contact, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

I really loved the Serene Ambience, very courteous Staff and Delicious Buffet . The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. It was easily to navigate to and fro the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
