Clean and good location.
Lack of support staff and no English speaking staff that I could speak to
Very comfortable apartment, it was very cold outside but the apartment has a floor heating. They were also flexible on check out rules.
The check is all automatized, not well clear once I arrived with no internet in the hall
Big room
Aircon was broken. Only heater was working. I was only told when i called the staff about it because the room was too hot, no matter how much i adjusted the ac and i couldn't sleep. She told me to just open the window. Also pullout table was dirty (food and sauces). It was obviously not cleaned after the previous guest.
Nice clean room, very close to the Subway, Central Park, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tourist attractions nearby.
Perfect position for a Hotel.
If you want to you can walk to most places of interest .
Had plastic under the sheets and TV in an odd position ( but who goes on holiday to watch TV??)

櫃檯沒有人員，所以當報到機器有問題時，只能使用booking的訊息來聯絡對方，這對觀光客而言有點不便
I've stayed here many times as I travel here often and the price is right. The location is great and I really like having a kitchenette and washing machine in the room, so this was good.
I've stayed here 5-6 times for the location and price. However, for this visit the floor was not very clean upon arrival and the bidet was broken. I found the last guest's lotion on the floor as well, which made me think it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Also, the outlet by the nightstand did not work so I had to use the one across the room. It seems the quality of cleaning and maintenance has gone down a little since I stayed the last time.

4인 가족 둘씩나눠 두개 객실 2박 했는데
숙소 시설도 괜찮고
주변에 식당가,편의점,카페 등등 편리했어요~~
체크인,아웃도 간단하고 주차도 편리했습니다.
샤워부스 따로 되어있고 물이 밖으로 튀지 않아 화장실 사용에도 불편함이 없었습니다.
냄비나 식기 같은 것도 있고
냉장고도 넓고 냉동실도 따로 있어서 편했습니다.
만족스러워서 다음에 기회되면 또 이용할 계획입니다.
조금 큰 접시가 한두개 있음 좋겠네요~
주방행주도 있었음 좋을 것 같아요
컵씻고 물이 튀었는데 닦을 게 없어서요
분리수거할 거 담을 비닐도 있음 좋을 것 같습니다^^
everything was perfect until they threw away my cooked food which really made me very sad
the cleaner either ate my food and returned the container in the fridge then claimed they threw away my food hoping that i left. they also threw away my face towel, toothbrush and toothpaste which they replaced when i demanded that to happen. They also switched off the wifi the night before I left in the following morning making my stay bumpy.

Apparently each room is different to the next, this particular room was by far the nicest.Very updated ,self contained with steamer, well stocked kitchen dishes and utensils, stove, washer, microwave and unlimited storage . Very clean . Walking distance to subway, pharmacy, quick shop and yes bbq and closeby eating spots.
A remarkable experience at this particular room. . We tried to extend our stay at the room ,but due to contact less check in systems we had to rebook another room . Same hotel , different level amd differently named. All the hotels The Stay, Uhflat, Moonlight are all on the sake compound. A machine is used for check in and check out.
The contact less system , no phone in the room. Otherwise perfection .

Proximity to Incheon Port and the neighbouring area.
Booked it last minute for a host- friend who had driven from Central Seoul to spend 2 days with my family and I. He said it was comfortable 😊 I hadn't realised that traffic conditions meant a 1.5h drive one way between Seoul and Incheon.
Feedback from host-friend : No staff at check-in so the check in process took time to figure out. Staff was supposedly doing rounds / supervising (?). Maybe because it was 10pm.
Also needed time to sort out parking of vehicle (no staff on hand to assist).
Nice views and rooms, with lots of space and very comfortable.
