It was a pleasant stay with some unpleasant matter..
Pros:

Its very clean ,smells good..the room space also big ,great location to go everywhere,there’s alot of local chinesse restaurant nearby,easily to find meals

Cons:

The room has no soundproof,easily can hear people talking at the corridor,been awaken repeatly,cant sleep really well cos of the outside noise,also during our stay there was sound of fireworks at 4plus am😑 and we’re on 3rd floor.
Need to provide a small fridge inside the room and a better clothes iron..

First check in at The Inn, Bintulu.
Pros:

The place was strategic and very clean.

Cons:

The receptionist was not very friendly, lacks the professionalism with regards to hospitality, oyherwise everything else was ok.

Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a very foul smell coming out from the toilet drain. Made a complain to the hotel and hopefully there will be action taken to solve the issue for the benefit of all guest.
