Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber, das personal war sehr freundlich, ganz okey kann man machen

Cons:

Nachts war es mir bisschen laut nebenan, konnte eine nacht nicht schlafen, lage war leider schlecht für mich ich wusste nicht dass basmane ein ort ist wo eher pavyons um die gegend ist..

Pros:

The King Suite was a great size and had a separate lounge, dining area and small kitchen. It was located on the 10th floor so you also had some views. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly.

Cons:

The Restuarant and bar was located on the 12th floor. The music was so loud we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights. The music goes on until 1am every morning. Then the cleaners start and drag the tables and chairs around until nearly 3am. It was literally the worst stay ever. We had a WhatsApp number for the hotel but they never replied, we emailed the hotel and booking.com with no reply.

When we went down to reception on the ground floor to complain you could still hear the music. We were told by staff it goes on until 1am everyday and nothing they could do.
