Smooth and very good overall
Pros:

The hotel staff are very friendly and are so helpful, would highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Izmir as the location is in the center of the area

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, but overall the stay and the staff were all excellent would definitely recommend and would definitely stay in it again

We had a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was good but I'd go for a better location by the park
Pros:

Customer service was good. Bed was comfy and free WiFi reliable

Cons:

Breakfast not included but did check what was offered and the options were not great.
Location isn't great, walking to the restaurants and the bazaar you had to pass a number of red light bars/nightclubs

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen

Freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit bis auf die Putzfrau die die Zimmer säubert

Cons:

Zimmerservice hat bei mir trotz Beschwerde 3 Tage mein Zimmer nicht geputzt und nicht Müll geleert und nicht Handtücher gewechselt. Rezeption war freundlich und versuchte es immer wieder gut zu machen. Stadtteil Basmane ist nicht zu empfehlen aber mit dem Taxi schnell im Stadtteil Alsancak wo es super ist zum Essen und Shoppen

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels befindet sich leider in einer alten und heruntergekommenen Gegend. Am Abend haben wir das Hotelrestaurant genutzt, was wir im Nachhinein bereut haben. Während des Essens kamen zwei Personen mit einer „Darbuka-Show“ von Tisch zu Tisch und sammelten ungefragt Trinkgeld ein, ohne zu fragen, ob man das überhaupt möchte. Ihr Verhalten wirkte sehr unangenehm und teilweise sogar aggressiv. Außerdem war offensichtlich, dass sie alkoholisiert waren.

Auch die Nachtruhe war eine Katastrophe. Gegen Mitternacht und sogar um 2 Uhr nachts kamen Gäste laut schreiend auf die Zimmer, führten laute Telefongespräche und machten extrem viel Lärm. Trotz eines Anrufs an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen.

Ein weiteres negatives Erlebnis war der Parkservice. Der Mitarbeiter gab den Autoschlüssel erst zurück, nachdem Trinkgeld gegeben wurde. Leider hatte man insgesamt das Gefühl, dass dort alles nur auf Trinkgeld basiert.

Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir definitiv ein anderes und besser organisiertes Hotel wählen

Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir otel

Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otel gayet temizdi

Pros:

Schone kamers.
Ik moest mijn verblijf verkorten in verband met een overlijden. Gelukkig was het hotel begripvol en werd mijn verblijf gedeeltelijk geannuleerd. Dank daar voor.

Freundliches Personal am Empfang und Wifi war gut

Cons:

Zimmer wurde erst nach öfteren nachfragen gereinigt. Handtücher habe ich erst nachdem ich am Empfang gefragt habe bekommen
