The worst hotel I’ve stayed in so far in my entire life
Pros:

Very kind and polite stuff

Cons:

Smell from the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Even keep window open for the whole time didn’t help at all. Location absolutely horrible.

Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt mit kleineren Abzügen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt gut. Alles war sauber und komfortabel, die Ausstattung war super und für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist relativ zentral, was sehr praktisch ist. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch der leckere Seller sowie das kostenlose Wasser. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Allerdings gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer rochen stark nach Putzmitteln und waren kaum gelüftet. Besonders bei den Economy-Zimmern sind die Fenster verbaut bzw. eingeschränkt nutzbar, sodass kein richtiges Lüften möglich ist – das würde ich bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Nachts war es zudem leider sehr laut, da Musik aus benachbarten Gebäuden deutlich zu hören war. Die Fahrstühle sind ebenfalls sehr klein, alternativ kann man aber die Treppe nutzen.

The staff is perfect and ready to assist any time you need.
Checked-in earlier than scheduled without any problem. As well as the room was upgraded when faced the airconditioner out of service. Breakfast is fresh.

Bathrooms need to be renovated.

Området var inte så bra, vi bokade för att det var best western hotell men området vad inte stabilt, mycket skräck och 2 gånger stött vi polisen båda inne och utanför rummet.

Pros:

The King Suite was a great size and had a separate lounge, dining area and small kitchen. It was located on the 10th floor so you also had some views. It was clean and suited our needs perfectly.

Cons:

The Restuarant and bar was located on the 12th floor. The music was so loud we couldn’t sleep for 3 nights. The music goes on until 1am every morning. Then the cleaners start and drag the tables and chairs around until nearly 3am. It was literally the worst stay ever. We had a WhatsApp number for the hotel but they never replied, we emailed the hotel and booking.com with no reply.

When we went down to reception on the ground floor to complain you could still hear the music. We were told by staff it goes on until 1am everyday and nothing they could do.
