Pros:

Amazing staff, the food is very delicious. A quiet place for a peaceful rest. And the massage was top. One of the best I’ve tried in Bali.😊

Pros:

We checked into a private pool villa, and the room was exactly what I wanted before our flight. It was beautiful and very comfortable, with a great bed, a supportive pillow, and soft, fresh bed linen. There was no smell of dampness or mold, the air conditioning was clean and worked perfectly, and the bathroom facilities were excellent.

The staff was professional, very friendly, and genuinely caring in a warm, homely way. They were always ready to help with any request we had. The accommodation itself also offers a good kitchen and a nice variety of food options.

We also had an excellent deep tissue massage right in our villa.

We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Cons:

A small tip for those looking for more privacy - if possible, ask for a villa located a bit further away from the entrance area, lobby, and restaurant.

Pros:

Sehr interessante Anlage mit wenigen Villen, die super ausgestattet sind. Sehr sauber und überaus freundliches Personal; man fühlt sich tatsächlich herzlich willkommen. Die Gastronomie ist auf hohem Niveau, die Preise durchaus akzeptabel.

Cons:

Unsere Villa - nahe an Rezeption und Restaurant - war nie ruhig. Bis 22 Uhr die Restaurantmusik, danach die "Abreise" der Mitarbeiter und nach Mitternacht auch noch laute Stimmen von ?? Ausserdem ein nicht definierbares Maschinengeräusch die ganze Nacht.
Ausserhalb der Anlage ist nicht, was man zu Fuß ergründen könnte.

Séjour de rêve au milieu de la jungle
Pros:

Tout. C’est un hôtel apaisant et super tranquille. Le personnel et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Tout le monde est très attentionné et aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain est bien équipée. La piscine est peut-être un peu petite mais nous avons toujours trouvé des chaises longues. Le restaurant est un vrai régal et les plats sont très copieux.

Cons:

Rien. Peut-être l’emplacement un peu éloigné du centre d’Ubud (env 30min en voiture)

A memorable stay with excellent service and beautiful villa features, with room for small improvements
Pros:

The private pool and villa layout were stunning and made our stay feel really relaxed and private. The service was a highlight, staff were warm, accommodating and helped me organise a surprise 30th birthday for my partner with flowers in the pool and room decorations and also candles light dinner near the pool . They executed everything exactly as requested and made the occasion feel special.

Cons:

Lighting in the room, especially around the sink/vanity area, was quite dim which made basic grooming a bit difficult. We also noticed some wildlife in and around the villa (two small mice behind the curtains and one larger one on the roof at night), plus ants near the outdoor table and pool area, so food needs to be kept inside or attended to.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing. I give it 10 out of 10.

The staff are kind and always smiling. All employees are polite and ready to help.

Beautiful views from the window and around the resort. Everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful.

The room is cleaned daily for free. Laundry services are available.
Affordable prices.

We were completely satisfied with everything and will definitely come back again.

High quality service in a hidden paradise.
Pros:

The villa is really wonderful. The cabins are very nice, with good WiFi and good AC, free drinks, free fruit, good bed, and nice shower. The restaurant is also very good, the food was sophisticated and very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to help you with everything and were very friendly and helping planning trips and they tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Really one of the best places I’ve stayed ever.

Cons:

The access road could use some work.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Rooms very spacious. Peaceful location. Highly recommended. Excelent value for money.

Cons:

Back of the room 201 is just too close to kitchen where is heavy traffic. Back of the room should be sound proof, as you could hear the dishes washing, basically everything. But the rest of the rooms are not having this small problem as they are further in the front towards pool & forest.
