Helpful staff
Pros:

I had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. During my stay I unfortunately injured my wrist, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Despite the communication barrier, they really tried their best to assist me. They helped me order a wrist splint online and it arrived at the hotel within an hour. Because my wrist was too painful to move, they even helped me put the splint on.

I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to help. It made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Awesome hotel!!
Pros:

The buffet breakfast at only 24 CNY per person is really good. All the staff are truly exceptional, very helpful, friendly and go all out to help. Special mention goes to the staff 彩虹( who serve breakfast buffet) though I must say every staff deserve a huge applause. Room, bed and toilet all very comfortable and clean. Hotel is also a mere 3 minute walk to the nearest MRT. Overall a great hotel and real value for money.

Cons:

Not enough cloth hangers in the room and toilet.
