The location is very good, at the center of Nizami Street
The only good thing is the location, the hotel room was ok but the bed sheets were not clean, when we asked the staff to change the room, they refused even though there were other rooms available, however, they gave 1 clean set of bed sheet. It is 2 star hotel at the max, they are charging price because of the location. No lifts available and the hotel is at 1st floor, so those people who cannot climb stairs should avoid it.
I was speaking with property for a week and was getting confirmation all the time that room is available, but on the date of flight I received WhatsApp message from the property that due to error in booking .com there is no room available. They confirmed that it’s due to booking . Com however I shared with them the chat messages where there were continuously confirming that room is available. Since it is on nizami street , it seems that due to increased tourism they just took walking customer and blamed bookin.com, I don’t know whose mistake but it needs to be addressed.

my stay was horrible, the staff was horrible they had no basic etiquette how to deal with customers, i know its a budget hotel but the staff didnt have basic manners as well. During my 3 night stay the electricity was keep going off and on couldnt sleep properly at night and when i questioned this to there staff they say, we dont know. what the hell. Also. my checkout was at 12. one of the extremely horrible rude incompetent staff came to my room even before 11am to say, check out in 30mints like seriously anyways i checked out at exact 12. and i wanted to sit at the reception for a while try to figure what should i do that same guy again dont sit here go outside no one can sit here, like what type of management is thid, worst choice ever to choose this hotel.
