Pros:

The property location was excellent and it included all amenities required for a short stay.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware of the amount of stairs required to access the property. We were on the top floor so had to climb all the flights of stairs to get into the property.

Leah was a star, she came and helped with check in as I’d not done it before, thank you.

Cons:

Stairs, I did not see it mentioned, I have disability issues and I struggled with the stairs, Leah helped me move to a lower floor,

OK got a single night if you need to be in the centre of Wakefield.
Pros:

We were moved to a better room, with a separate, if small, bedroom.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell on the corridor & there was very limited cooking equipment. No sharp knife & only a very small pan & frying pan. Nothing large enough to cook pasta.

Also the double bed was very small.

Centrally located
Pros:

The apartment was large and clean and the location was perfect, near to all areas that I required for the time I was in Wakefield. All comms were responded to promptly especially when adding this extra day to my original booking. If using public transport ie., train - take the free bus from the railway station, this stops quite near to the apartment.

Cons:

The entrance way is very underwhelming. A tea towel in the kitchen would have been nice as would have been instructions on how to use the convection oven.

If you can get past the awful first impressions, this is actually a good place to stay.
Pros:

Great location and fantastic night's sleep. The apartment is well laid out considering the space available. Kitchen facilities good and great TV with Netflix. They digital key system is ok once you get used to it.

Cons:

The stairwell and hallway areas were damp, smelly and very unwelcoming, this isn't helped by the stereotypical depressing grey theme either.

Very central to everything.
Clean , good shower, comfy bed

Cons:

The settee has rips in it which made it look tatty, a throw over it would help improve.
A t towel t dry pots would be good.

Pros:

Ładnie posobnie jak w kazdym pokoju tego hotelu. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Sorane juz trochę za bardzo reczniki bo szorstkie. Trochę ciasno w łazience, skaleczylam sie w ramie o kant naroznika prysznicowego.

Conveniently-located apartment
Pros:

The check in instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues with the codes getting into the room. Room was spacious and facilities modern (great water pressure).

Cons:

The heating switched itself off in the morning and it wasn't straight forward how to turn it back on - freezing room! The shared hallways weren't that clean (stank of weed).
