Sömnlös
Pros:

Hamza i receptionen var det absolut bästa med hela min vistelse i Marocko.
Han var otroligt hjälpsam och så, så snäll – verkligen genuint vänlig.

Till och med efter att jag hade lämnat hotellet kontaktade jag honom för hjälp med en återbetalning. Trots att han inte ens jobbade den dagen tog han sig tid att svara och försöka hjälpa mig. Det säger verkligen allt om vilken fantastisk person han är.

Jag är så otroligt tacksam för hans engagemang och vänlighet. Tack, Hamza!

Cons:

Tyvärr kunde jag inte stanna eftersom det var väldigt högt ljud från en nattklubb/diskotek hela natten. Det var hårt dunkande ljud och det gick inte att sova. För den som vill lägga sig tidigt och få en god natts sömn passar hotellet tyvärr inte.
När jag först ringde Booking fick jag besked om att jag kunde byta hotell och få återbetalning. Men när jag sedan skrev till dem och de lovade svar inom 24 timmar dröjde det flera dagar. När de väl svarade nekade de till ersättning och påstod saker som inte stämde. Jag fick lägga ner mycket tid och energi för att få min rätt.
Hotellet däremot gjorde rätt för sig.

L’emplacement, proche de la mer , le petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts , Aïcha qui s’occupe de notre étage, Momo le gardien du parking , le personnel de l’accueil, ainsi que celui du petit-déjeuner ( adorables et bienveillants)

Ideal pour passer de bonnes vacances
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, près du centre ville et de la plage. Le personnel est au petits soins, mention spécial a Aïcha et Hassan qui sont formidables.

Miła pomocna obsługa. Codziennie czysto. Śniadania każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pyszna kawa - to ważne dla miłośników porannej kawy :) Lodówka w pokoju. Balkon z widokiem na ocean i górę Kazba z napisem.

Cons:

Kabina walk-in (wszędzie się chlapie) i brak dywanika pod stopy w łazience i estetyka (sporo dziur w płytkach po zdemontowanych uchwytach.

Cons:

Nightclub open on ground floor until 4am. When this hotel says adults only . They are being honest. It is no place for children or a family. The owners have a decision to make. Either go full time hotel , or go full time night club. But the building isn't suitable for both.
