Struttura a 2 passi dal centro di lacco ameno, le piscine molto belle e grandi hotel fornito di ascensore e il personale molto disponibile e accogliente ci ritornerò sicuramente

Well how to start, we are married couple in our 30's and we stayed 1 week in middle of June.
The hotel was full with old people only. The breakfast was very poor, imagine the only vegetables were tomatoes every day for 1 week, the coffee was horrible.
Everyone had assigned a table for breakfast, and we were put in a corner, as far possible from the food, every table had cutlery, glasses and cloths except ours. We felt very marginalized just because we were young.
The facilities were of 3 stars hotel, starting with the food.

Sicuramente tanti anni fa era un bell’albergo, ma oggi, vedendo la struttura, non si direbbe affatto che meriti le 5 stelle dichiarate.

Cons:

Appena entrati siamo stati accolti da un odore sgradevole. Il personale ci ha salutati in modo piuttosto freddo e ha fornito informazioni in maniera poco chiara e con poca disponibilità.
La colazione è stata davvero deludente: mancavano persino le etichette per indicare i tipi di formaggio e i cornetti erano disposti senza alcuna indicazione su quali fossero vuoti o farciti.
Purtroppo non ho molti aspetti positivi da segnalare su questo albergo, fatta eccezione per l’ottima posizione. Mi dispiace perché le foto presenti sul sito sono molto invitanti, ma la struttura dal vivo non rispecchia affatto le aspettative create dalle immagini. Inoltre, la terrazza con la piscina esterna risulta dismessa e non utilizzabile.

Buono anche il rapporto qualità prezzo

La struttura è un po datata soprattuto per avere 5 stelle. Le stanze sono vecchiotte. La colazione non era molto fornita, arrivando verso fine turno non c’era davvero più nulla

Peccato per la piscina esterna sul tetto che non era agibile perché in ristrutturazione
