CozyFlat in the central Arad

Am fost foarte dezamăgiți de această cazare. În anunț era specificat că sunt două camere plus living: una cu pat mare, una cu canapea extensibilă și încă o canapea extensibilă în living.
În realitate, era doar o cameră foarte mare și a doua „cameră” era de fapt bucătăria, unde fusese pusă o canapea extensibilă. În plus, exista doar o singură baie. Mobilier vechi, deteriorat, scaune rupte, curatenie superficiala nu era făcută, în frigider și congelator erau resturi de mâncare, pe canapea erau firimituri de mâncare lista poate continua.
Descrierea nu corespunde deloc cu realitatea și ne-a creat așteptări false.
Parcare ne-a spus ca este disponibila însă era disponibila pentru tomberoanele de gunoi.

One of the worst experiences, I was scammed by the facility that proposes to have two bedrooms when they only have one. The host avoided any kind of clarification, on the phone not responding except to messages.
He did not want to make a refund in any way, and they did not respond to booking either. Moreover, in such cases booking only refunds up to 20%. Be careful, and especially booking, protect your customers

Geamurile ar fi putut fi din termopan

La description ne correspond pas aux équipements.
Il n’y avait pas de télévision, les ustensiles ainsi que les couverts n’étaient pas lavés, uniquement le cendrier qui était lavé. Forte odeur de la machine à laver (je n’ai rien lavé du coup)
Les draps du lit n’ont pas été changé et non lavé (dans un état lamentable)
Le canapé lit au salon était cassé.
Le frigo n’était pas nettoyé (très sale)
J’ai appelé à plusieurs reprises l’établissement, aucune réponse, uniquement sur la messagerie booking.
J’ai appelé booking, je suis resté 15min en hors forfait en vain, aucune réponse… Merci à booking pour mon séjour désastreux…

Pozele au legatura partiala cu realitatea. In camera erau lenjerii la uscat, prosoape nu existau, decat unul mic folosit la baie, hartia igienica lipsea, locul de parcare era ocupat, iar proprietarul nu mai putea fi contactat.O experienta destul de neplacuta.

The cleanliness was ok. But it could be done better! I talked with the owner and said he is working on it to be better!

Where do I begin:
- problems with the heating of the apartment, I needed to manually adjust the central heating unit every 3-4 hours; host stated that they were supposed to service, but since we rented they were unable to do so
- one of the dirties apartments that I booked so far
- for some reason the windows did not have drapes
- host seemed quite dismissive about the heating problem

This property is a scam on booking, with a very low price attached to a nonrefundable clause. Don’t fall for this ever. I ignored a few other reviews mentioning noise, dirty place, dust etc.
When I arrived, it stroked me right a way with a cooking food odor from the downstair restaurant. It came in from a window that doesn’t close. This window lets all the street and restaurant noise to get in. Unfortunately booking doesn't allow attaching videos - I had one with the loud street/restaurant noise during night. Forget about the soundproofing listed in facilities. Or washing machine (didn’t work) or slippers (haha) or towels (only two hand towels provided for two people). The windows didn’t have curtains. The owner doesn’t care about your requests, because the booking was no refundable. He only answered that the curtains are in the making and they will be delivered in a few days. He avoided to answer all other requests. We left the place next morning after a night without sleep forfeiting the rest of the reservation - the price was so ridiculously low that anyone can forfeit it. Only after we left the owner said that he will deliver curtains sooner. Again, nothing about the other issues. Of course he refused the reimbursement, even when it was asked by booking.com.
In case you cannot to forfeit the charges, save yourself from sure troubles and book somewhere else. Plenty of other great apartments around (we found one better and cheaper on Airbnb – a real deal). Or ignore my review or other realistic reviews and you will regret it for sure. Be safe and enjoy your vacation.
