The Winemaker's Suite

Joel goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and to make his guests feel cared for. We especially appreciated the pillow menu and coffee button in the room!

We had an amazing stay at the Winemaker's Suite! Joel, the host, was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The suite is private, spacious, comfortable, and very clean! The home is historic and has a beautiful outdoor area, also in a great location within walking distance to downtown. Joel's complimentary wine from his winery Cavu Cellars was exceptional. Highly recommend booking with Joel for your stay in Walla Walla!

Everything with this stay was super organized, we had zero issues finding the place. The host was fantastic and super friendly and very easy to work with. We will definitely been another stay here if we end up in the area again!

Joel was very welcoming and the space was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the backyard was a beautiful location to enjoy our meal.

The B&B was very clean & comfortable. Very well appointed with many extras available should the need arise.

Wonderful lodging with everything to make you comfortable.

The home was lovely and very comfortable. Our host, Joel, was very communicative, both prior to our stay and during. The home was equipped with everything one needed. Such attention to detail. He even offered bed pillows with three different types of softness. Who does that!? Joel provided lovely breakfast items and wonderful coffee! Simply a delightful stay and would highly recommend a visit!

Our host, Joel, has provided just about every conceivable convenience for his guests as you can imagine, plus several more you may not have even thought about or ever expected! For example, a bottle of CAVU Cellars Barbera 2023 (“a bold wine with excellent balance and structure”); a bedside “Coffee” button on the wall that you press, and six (6) minutes later a fresh brewed pot of excellent coffee awaits your arrival in his well equipped kitchen where you prepare your own wonderful breakfast from top shelf ingredients Joel has made available (the late season peaches 🍑 were exquisite!). And all of this enjoyed in his lovely home that is a virtual art gallery, and so tastefully decorated.

Location was terrific because it was very quiet, near a beautiful park and the college. Also an easy walk to downtown. Our host, Joel, was very helpful both before and during our stay with recommendations for wineries and restaurants. The self serve breakfast was tasty and easy. His backyard was a great place to enjoy in the morning and evening. The suite itself was well appointed and made us feel like we were in the lap of luxury.

So many extra special touches! What a wonderful space, we can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic host - friendly, knowledgeable and so welcoming. The room was great- comfortable bed, large private bathroom. We had the upstairs shit all to ourselves. The realtor fresh local fruits and yogurt was the perfect start to our day, not to mention the freshly brewed coffee. The complimentary wine that the owner made was also delicious!! Couldn’t recommend this place more - we will be back.
