Lovely hotel in a great town centre location. Spacious room, very quiet. Great breakfast and friendly efficient staff
Nothing- all good
The family room was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice breakfast! Staff was very helpful when our daughter became sick and helped us find a doctor.
The food was very good and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable.
The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I wish breakfast was included but you must pre-book the breakfast to get 5 euros off of the 20 euro price. The breakfast was wonderful.
The cost of parking and breakfast was a bit high. No air conditioning on a warm night (air conditioning in hotels is unusual in Ireland anyway.

A very friendly greeting upon entry. Easy quick check-in. Lovely decor and a spacious room with a very comfortable extra large bed. Plenty attention to detail including the complimentary spring water and lovey biscuits. Very quiet. Also a secure parking garage at a minimal fee.

The breakfast was below average, rock hard eggs, and very cheap produce.
The location is superb, you can walk to everything in Letterkenny. The parking is a dream, a covered lot directly behind the hotel. The rooms are huge. The breakfast was great and the price is fantastic!! We stayed in 6 hotels while on our trip around Ireland and this was one by far the cheapest and by far the best.
