Pros:

Centrally located. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Carpet stained around sofa and rusted soap holder in shower. Taps were very loose. Steep stairs.

Good restaurant, beautiful hotel on the corner a block from the beach. Very attentive staff. Easy street parking. Our room was quiet, spacious and clean.
