Nice
Pros:

Everyone was kind and the staff were always friendly and helpful with anything I asked them about. The location is excellent, right opposite the metro station.

Perfect
Pros:

It’s 5 meters away from metro station Guseo. But very quiet in the room. Receptionist was very very very friendly and was asking questions (the only one who did that in 5 days Korea).
Bed very comfortabel. Shower hot :)
Many restaurants in the surrounding of the hotel, also Korean BBQ restaurants, Burger King, Starbucks, etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit simple (toast or cornflakes)

2nd time, very satisfied
Pros:

The staff were really accommodating and friendly.
The room was clean, warm and comfortable.
The hotel itself is tranquil and located next to a subway station with plenty of restaurants in the area.

Cons:

The first time I stayed here, the room had a massage chair as one of its amenities; this time, I was placed in a room with a gaming PC, which was not really necessary. It would be nice to have the option to choose which type of amenities are provided when selecting a room.
