Muy majo y centrico
Pros:

Estaba muy céntrico, el dueño del apartamento estaba todo el día muy atento con nosotros. Nos ayudo con los taxis.

Friendly host abd great location

Cons:

It is a cheap apartment, so I didn’t expect brand-new or recently renovated accommodation. However, the common areas should still be clean and properly maintained.
Unfortunately, it looked like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly for quite some time. The shower was draining very slowly, and when we arrived, there were hairs in the shower and a lot of dust. The kitchen was especially dirty — it was honestly not possible to cook there.
For the price, I didn’t expect luxury, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should definitely be provided.

Buena opción para quedarte en Macedonia por ser un lugar céntrico y la amabilidad del anfitrión
Pros:

La persona a cargo, fue super amable, desde que hice la reserva se puso en contacto conmigo para darme recomendaciones sobre la ciudad y más, además, me respondía super rapido los mensajes, y me recibió muy temprano a pesar de que yo llegué al alojamiento fuera del horario del chekin, siempre me dio calma, y estuvo al pendiente.

Buena ubicación pero sucio e incómodo
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Pudimos dejar el coche en el parking del alojamiento por 5€ la noche.

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar al casero una hora y media para el check in. Aunque habíamos avisado con antelación de nuestra hora de llegada, el propietario estaba recogiendo a otros huéspedes en el aeropuerto y no pudimos entrar al alojamiento hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada.

La limpieza del baño compartido dejaba que desear, pudimos ver una cucaracha en la zona de la ducha. En la habitación encontramos algunos insectos muertos en el suelo, el colchón no era muy cómodo, y nos despertó el sol muy pronto porque las cortinas eran muy finas. La cocina compartida no la usamos, pero también tenía un aspecto muy sucio.

Había un aire acondicionado pero no encontramos el mando.

We had a basic stay at Parrote Building Guest House, which is more like a hostel-style accommodation. The apartment has three separate rooms with a shared kitchen and shared bathroom.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, but there is an elevator, so getting there was convenient. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

The main area that could be improved is cleanliness. The room, shared bathroom, and common areas were not as clean as we would have liked. Aside from that, the accommodation was fairly simple and functional.

Overall, it is a basic, hostel-style option that may suit travelers looking for a more budget-friendly place, especially if shared facilities are not an issue.

Skoplje prekrasan grad.
Pros:

Lokacija super, blizu centra. Smjestaj OK za tu cijenu. Na nekim mjestima nije očišćeno. Skoplje lijep i iznenađujuć grad. Vrijedi ga posjetit. Vjerovatno ću opet doći.

Cons:

Čistoča objekta. Slab wifi, prvi dan je radio, drugi dan nije radio, iako je vlasnik učinio što je mogao da ga osposobi, nije bilo do njega, već do provajdera.

Pros:

Місце розташування квартири сподобалось, в центрі міста. Є платна парковка в дворі будинку - 5 євро на добу. Власник постійно на звязку, все розповів нам.

Cons:

Ви бронюєте не апартаменти чи квартиру цілком - а бронюєте маленьку кімнату в трьохкімнатній квартирі. Інші дві кімнати орендують інші люди. Спільний коридор, спільна кухня, спільна ванна кімната з туалетом на усіх, хто тут проживає в кожній кімнаті. І кругом було дуже грязно, і був поганий запах на всю квартиру, навіть не допомогло відчинене вікно. Ми змушені були поїхати з цієї кімнати

А ам сподобалось місце розташування, дуже класний і привітний власник!
Pros:

Гарна ціна за ці апартаменти, переночувати саме те!
А вид з вікна був на мільйон!
Також власник дуже привітний, все розповідає у найдрібніших деталях, заселив навіть пізно вночі, був на звʼязку 24/7!

Так як це більш схоже на хостел (окремі власні кімнати та загального користування ванна з туалетом і кухня), то трішки було брудно
Але помитися було де, були чисті рушники і теплий душ
