nice rooms, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff
Confortable room, Well equipped, kitchen, safe, iron etc...
Nice view on 7th floor
Convenient location

Cons:

Room is too warm, when I arrive it was 25° a. The only option is to open the window as outside was fresher but many mosquitos and also quite noisy so difficult to sleep.
Impossible to unplug the fridge which is very noisy at night
Pillow was too big for me

Hospital and flexible staff, close to downtown beirut

The staff are really amazing. They are very cooperative, cheerful, friendly and welcoming, most importantly, they were keen that as a group we are all happy and comfortable during our stay.

Cons:

I stayed in room #511, which turned out to be a connecting room with very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear everything happening in the adjacent room, which made it feel as though my privacy wasn’t properly secured and theirs as well. Unfortunately, the neighboring guests were playing Arabic rap music until early morning, making it difficult to sleep. That said, the receptionist responded promptly and took action as soon as I reported the issue, which I appreciated.
