Przesympatyczna obsługa. Pyszna turecka kawa i herbata. Czysty i zadbany pokój. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działała. Lokalizacja jest super, wszystkie atrakcje, na których nam zależało odwiedziliśmy na piechotę. Przeuroczy kot Pamuk jest gwiazdą obiektu.

First of all, a big thanks to the staff members for being so kind and helpful.
We were incredibly happy with the hotel and kept feeling glad we chose it. The location is next to public transport stations yet it is very quiet at night which was really important to us for quality sleep. It was truly the best of both worlds and to us the best possible location in the area. There was no noticeable noise from other guests either which was great. The staff were amazing, respectful and very helpful. They arranged our hotel and airport transfer perfectly smooth as well. We'd always come back again and recommend this hotel to our loved ones.

Чисто, уютно и приятно място. Намира се на много удобна локация – близо до градски транспорт и основни забележителности. Домакините са много любезни, внимателни и винаги готови да помогнат, което направи престоя ни още по-хубав. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

Pros:

Location is absolutely great, but be aware that it is located in one of the busiest parts of the city. We found the double glazed windows did a pretty good job of keeping the noise out, but you might find it annoying if you're a light sleeper or want to keep the windows open. The building itself seems newly renovated. The room was tastefully decorated, well designed, clean and matched the pictures on Booking website.

Cons:

The room was pleasant but seriously small. There wasn't enough room to have two suitcases open at the same time and barely enough room to walk around the bed.

Our biggest issue was the bathroom, which clearly was in dire need of maintenance.The first night the shower drain was clogged and the whole bathroom floor got flooded, which got fixed the next day. The rainfall showerhead was broken and the water was spurting out from one side of it. The temperature dial of the shower was useless and most of the time it just put out boiling hot water. When we complained about it, the landlady claimed it worked well and questioned if we knew how temperature dials work, although there are other online reviews that mention the same problem. The sliding door of the bathroom kept getting stuck and was a hassle to open and close, at some point we just gave up on it. They told us they already knew about the problem and have plans to fix it. As more and more problems with the room came up, the landlady's husband offered to move us to another room, but the only available one was apparently larger than our current one and the landlady insisted that we should be charged the difference.

Although our overall experience wasn't that bad, we fail to see how this place got such high ratings. We thought we had booked a very highly rated boutique hotel, but what we got was an average hotel managed by an amateur couple/family who don't know how to handle problems or talk to customers in the right manner.
