Great location, friendly staff but definitely a budget option and don’t expect anything fancy
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. My room was just okay, the view was the highlight. The room had disconnected balcony shared by the opposite room. Not so private but still a great view. Amenities in the room included a kettle, TV and toiletries. Located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre with great restaurants around.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed is very firm, its not a mattress just a foam padding around 10cm thick.

I was charged 40,000 VND more than the booking price displayed. Without any explanation! Very bad!

Exceptional
Pros:

The location is very close to the center but far enough to avoid the noise. The owner is very gracious and friendly. His children are adorable. The room is basic but serve what we need for the price.

Cons:

No elevator. It didn't bother us but could be a problem for some people.

Pros:

The bed was comfy and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Best spot for sunsets. Centrally located yet very quiet and away from the crowd.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improve.

Exceptional
Pros:

The cutest family will take care of you and the room is so colourful!! In front is a little balcony that is just big enough to work on your laptop, have breakfast and do some exercises.
I had my first intelligent/philosophic conversation through Translate ever with the owner.
Highly recommended.
