ちょっと海外勢、中国人対応か？と思う位感じ悪かった
Pros:

朝食が食べられない時間に出発なのに、事前に分かっていても料金の変更をされなかった。また、宿泊税も前もって言われてなかった。スタッフさんは皆、感じ悪い、と思った。

I’m very pleased with my stay. It was my last night in Osaka before leaving Japan and it made my departure a little easi
Pros:

Check-in was very easy, they even let me check in a little before check-in time, which was very convenient. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. I had a lovely sunset view out my large window. The fridge was super cold and turned my Coke into a Coke slush, which was delightful. The lighting was very nice. The bathroom was a tad small/tight. But overall, it was a very nice overnight stay. The free shuttle to the airport in the morning was very convenient and appreciated.

The very small bathroom.

Très bien pour arrivée tardive ou départ tôt depuis l’aéroport (navette).
Pros:

Parfait pour un vol le matin ou une arrivée tardive le soir à l’aéroport Kansai. 3 navettes pour l’aéroport (a des horaires différents) gratuitement le matin, ce qui n’est pas négligeable.
Communication en ordre.
Chambre correspondant aux photos (suffisant pour se reposer 1 nuit).
Concernant la salle de bain, je ne conseille pas du tout pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, obèses ou mesurant plus d’1m90).
Petit dej satisfaisant (à la japonaise), mais j’ai adoré l’énergie des dames du p’tit dej 🥰
Qualité/prix OK, notamment avec le service de navette aéroport.
Il y a aussi un centre commercial à proximité pour de derniers achats - mais je n’y suis pas allé.

Cons:

Du pain complet au petit déjeuner (pour les occidentaux).
