Good location
Pros:

For the money we paid it met expectations. Staff were friendly and good location for Dunoon

Cons:

A little dated and some quirks in the decor. Lounge could have done with more comfy seating rather than just table and chairs

Great value
Pros:

Family run hotel with a friendly host.
Room was fairly standard but good size, comfortable bed and a rather small shower. The restaurant was very good and a very nice breakfast.
Parking is on street or adjacent car park.
Nice and close to town or lovely walk along the sea front with super views.
