Should be better informed i.e. not petite room.
Pros:

Greeting and staff

Cons:

They describe room as petite,but this was a gross understatement.My wife and I are both slim people but we could not even dress at the same time due to no space.

Pros:

Location was perfect for what I needed, all the staff were lovely, and the hotel itself is really cool with quirky decor that I loved.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was quite soft. Personally I prefer a firmer mattress but a minor thing overall.

They need to fix the shower room light, as it doesn't switch off fully and at night beams over the bed. Had to use a towel and robe to block the light.

Fun and friendly.
Pros:

Location was excellent, not too far from underground station and the Royal Albert Hall. The room was very clean, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Nice, big towels!

Cons:

Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice, although, as we booked a 'petite' room this would have been difficult , to be fair.

Brilliant staff, animals unique
Pros:

Friendly, loved the animals in the bar and stairwells. Would have loved to have more cocktails but we were running the Royal Parks Half the next day

Perfekte Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment im obersten OG ist ideal für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub und bietet zugleich Platz und FreIraum - ich war mit meinem erwachsenen Sohn in London - absolut perfekt !

Die Lage

Cons:

Saubere, aber recht kleine Zimmer, Fenster öffnen teilweise problematisch. In der Werbung wird angedeutet, das Hotel verfüge über Aufzug. Leider aber nur teilweise. Zwischen Eingang/Erdgeschoss gibt es keinen Aufzug, nur eine recht steile Treppe mit Kehren. Recht schwierig zu bewältigen, wenn Du älter und/oder nicht gut zu Fuß bist.
