Really lovely and helpful staff. Great location. Comfortable and clean apartment

Cons:

The high tech toilet didn’t have instructions! It would have been nice if a few biscuits were also complimentary along with milk to go with the tea & coffee. The lift didn’t work which was ok for us but may have been an issue for others.

Bonito hotel, la ubicación bastante buena, cercano a los lugares turísticos (aunque igual hay que tomar un bus). Personal muy atento,.

Cons:

No tenía opción de desayuno, las habitaciones muy pequeñas. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, muy malo en días calurosos de verano. Llovió y apareció una gotera en la habitación

Very Pretty, Great Location, Friendly Staff, Teeny Room
Pros:

The location is wonderful! The staff are all very friendly - everyone is offered a coffee upon arrival and couldn't be nicer about storing our luggage and letting us loiter in the beautiful lounge until our event started. When we returned to actually check in, they had already taken our luggage to the room. The blackout shades helped a lot with jetlag recovery.

Cons:

We travel a lot and have experienced some small rooms but this was the teeniest room and bathroom I've ever seen. It was tough for two slender adults. I could not shave my legs the shower is so narrow. Also, this is no one's fault but the lift lands on the first floor/does not go to the ground floor so if you have heavy luggage you'll need assistance.

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gute Isolierung, trotz zentraler Lage keine Aussengeräusche im Zimmer.

Well equipped room, clean and modern, great bar, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful location and very good value

Quirky, friendly, clean, relaxing place to be.
Pros:

The hotel is in a brilliant location at the corner of Hyde Park/Kensington Palace and close to the shops and bars of Kensington. We had some amazing meals in pubs and restaurants nearby, and although you are absolutely paying London prices, we felt it was worth it for the location. It's an understatement to say that this hotel is quirky; the decor is wild and packed with personality. So much better than staying in a boring, shoe-box hotel room. In the middle of another heatwave, we were grateful for the super air-con in the room and the fridge to keep our drinks in. The staff were friendly and welcoming - we had a brilliant stay!

Cons:

Warning - the lift is not for those of a nervous disposition, and it only works from the first floor. This may present significant difficulty for those with disabilities. If you can manage the stairs, you will enjoy the journey as there is something to see at every turn!
