Eccentric decor, would reccomend
Pros:

Great hotel would come back again! Has an attached bar and incredible eccentric decor. Staff were very good and attentive, our only issue was working the TV which they resolved very quickly

Cons:

Not a great view from our room, music could be heard from the bar as we were directly above it (this was okay but wish we had warning)

Hotel a Londra consigliato al 100%
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel a londra in una buona posizione.
Staff molto professionale e cordiale. Camera molto accogliente e funzionale e, soprattutto, molto pulita.
Dovessi tornare a Londra ci tornerei sicuramente.
Veramente consigliato.
Inoltre l’hotel ha un bar con una location veramente particolare e affascinante. Consiglio di andarci anche se non si alloggia lì.

I loved my stay and I’ll definitely be back if I ever return to London.
Pros:

Everything! From the decor in the bar to the room decor, I loved every bit of the space. One thing that stood out for me was the fact that water was given everyday after housekeeping. I was not expecting this at all so it was an additional thing to me. And also the two free complimentary drinks with the personalized letter was a really thoughtful thing to do! I’m glad I stayed here!

And oh, this place is only 18 minutes walk to the science museum and the natural history museum. So right location for anyone who has these two places in mind to visit.

Cons:

The lift was really slow. But the stairs were not horrible so it was not much of a big deal but it might be for people who need it. If something can be done about this, I think that would be great.

Een unieke plaats op een toplocatie, ik kom zeker terug!
Pros:

Prachtig en uniek hotel vlakbij Kensington Park. Als gast kreeg ik 2 coins voor een gratis cocktail in de bar, en die waren TOP! De kamer was klein maar heel leuk ingericht. Een zalig bed met een overvloed aan zachte kussens. Heerlijk wegdromen na een dagje Londen.

Cons:

Geen ontbijt mogelijk (maar er zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om te ontbijten op wandelafstand). De lift is traag en start pas op de 1e verdieping, maar de medewerkers zijn heel attent en dragen met plezier jouw bagage.

Great location! Really awesome bar and staff were great!

Cons:

Room we were in was very very small (which we knew but still smaller even than we thought.) Saturday night you could hear loud music from I guess next door until 3 am which was rough.
