Splendida città, peccato per l'albergo
Pros:

Hotel carino, posizione discreta, lontano dalla medina. l'Hotel rimane nella parte nuova della città, a piedi ci vogliono 30 minuti per arrivare in piazza centrale.Alcune camere sono sulla strada ed il rumore è importante.

Cons:

Staff scortese poco cordiale, ho avuto problemi con il riscaldamento(era veramente freddo, si dormiva vestiti con la coperta) chiesto di poter cambiare la camera con una con il riscaldamento, ci hanno cambiato camera dopo due giorni. Nella camera nuova il riscaldamento funzionava, ma facevi la doccia con acqua tiepida e lo scarico della doccia non funzionava(avevi i miedi a mollo). fatto presente tutto questo e a quel punto volevo parlare con la responsabile. Mi è stato rifiutato, dicendomi che non era in hotel e che non potevano chiamarla ,ho alzato un po i toni e la sig.ra della receptional mi ha accusa di essere aggressiva. Preciso, ho usato toni alti ma sempre nel rispetto della signora, il mio tono è aumentato nel momento in cui lei mi ha ignorato totalmente facendo finta di non capire. Altro disguido: di sua iniziativa ha chiamato il transfer per l'aeroporto senza dirci nulla, noi pensavamo che il taxi che era arrivato era il nostro prenotato e pagato il giorno prima, solo in aeroporto ci siamo accorti che la sig.ra aveva di sua iniziativa attivato il trasfer . Per concludere, se va tutto bene è un hotel discreto, ma se si inizia a chiedere dei servizi , non è la struttura giusta non ascoltano l'esigenze del cliente.

Fijn, maar soms niet de beste service, jij moet altijd lang wachten op alles.

Een groot bed, voor 1 persoon.

Cons:

Koude kamer, geen verwarming. Veel straatlawaai. Ik zag dat de douchegordijn vol met schimmel zat, dus ik heb dit gaan melden. Na een dag hebben zij de douche gordijn eindelijk weggedaan en na 1,5 dagen heb ik dan een nieuwe gekregen. Deze was ook vuil en vol schimmel vanonder. Handdoeken werden meegenomen van de kamer maar geen nieuwe gehangen. Er waren vlekken op de plafond van de badkamer die lekte.

Great staff, the cleaner I had for my stay even went beyond to fold any clothes me and my friend had left out. Small gesture that went along way for us. Only wish I asked her name so I could have praised her to the front desk.

Cons:

No issues with the property itself, if I could of made my stay any better it would of been the small fact of no in room appliances, most places these days have in room kettle or a hairdryer etc. I think a kettle is basic essential every room should provide

Honnêtement, c’était le pire hôtel dans lequel j’ai séjourné de toute ma vie. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, et le personnel de la réception n’a absolument pas le niveau d’un hôtel. On a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un endroit abandonné
