Cons:

I have booked rooms through my travel with my family. I got the confirmation also. After an hour someone called from the hotel and told me that there is no room available. It causes a huge inconvenience for me and my family.

They didn't even provide the room. I have booked it online and went there after a long trip. Rooms were unavailable after reaching there. They were giving any proper response as well. Worst experience. Don't visit.
