Pros:

everything was fine until early in the morning around 6 a.m. the works on the building next to the hotel started. Terrible noise. The staff was great and we canceled another evening as agreed.

Pros:

The room was a good size and everything worked in the room and the bathroom. Location was good, very close to the city centre, the mountain viewpoint and the river. Entrance and lobby were very modern and looked like they had been renovated recently. Receptionist was helpful, she arranged laundry and booked us a taxi when there were no Grabs available. Cleanliness was pretty standard for VN hotel, a few hairs on the floor but beds were clean.

Cons:

Hotel was overbooked and we got sent to the hotel next door for the first night, our room there was a bit nicer so was a little disappointed to move back. Laundry service was a little expensive at 50K per kg.
