La piscina, El área verde muy hermoso, la cama cómoda y el agua caliente muy buena. El aire acondicionado también muy bueno y agradable.
1. La fluctuación de la electricidad fue constante.
2. Señal del WIFI se interrumpía y no se podía ver la TV.
3. Las toallas no olían bien.
4. Quitaron de los cuartos los servicios de microondas, cafeteras y neveras.
5. El servicio del Restaurant era para los fines de semana.
I only stayed one night, I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating upon arrival for my mother in law who requires special assistance in her wheelchair. The pool was nice for the kids. We arrived mid-week so there were not any additional amenties available to us, we didn't get to try the restaurant at all. It was nice extremely peaceful and serene at night.
The room itself was clean, however furniture could maybe use some updating but nothing felt uncomfortable using. You can just tell the sofas, bed frames, tables have been there for quite some years.
Well maintained, beautiful landscapes, friendly staff.
Peacefull, great restaurante and the people where super kind.

Se necesita una neverita en los cuartos, cafetera, luces al otro lado del camino hacia la piscina y lugar para desayunar todos los días.
Fue una estancia increíble, es buen lugar si quieres desconectarte de todo y relajarte, tremendo restaurante y un personal muy atento y amable.

I only liked that it allowed me to stay close to where I needed to go the next day.
I HATE that my family had to wait for the hot water to come back after 30 minutes of the first person taking a shower. That is something that will 100% turn me off about a hotel and I will never come back to. That is inconvenient and just ridiculous to pay that amount of money for such a basic service a hotel should make sure they have available for their customers or at LEAST inform about before booking. Another thing, no microwave nor small fridge. That was something we were counting on for our midnight snacks and the only solution they gave us was to go heat it in their restaurant’s microwave!! I really didn’t want to do that and we had to leave the hotel and get something outside. Again, inconvenient. Lastly, the air conditioners are to be kept in 71 F degrees as per their instructions to “maintain conditioner functionality”. I have never had so many inconveniences in a hotel stay as I have in this hotel. I rate it a D-, and hope they take this rating into consideration because they have been open for YEARS and still have so much to fix.
At man fikk en egen liten leilighet. Stien rundt eiendommen var fantastisk. Restauranten var super fin. Eiendommen var fantastisk. Skulle ønske de hadde gitt navn til alle planter. Hadde gjort hagene mer spennende. Anbefaler stedet.

El personal y todo hermoso
La habitación muy bella y todo pero tenía bañera y sufrí una caída. El personal administrativo estuvo llamando en dos ocasiones el día de salida, ya que fue de viernes a sábado y muy diligentes pero quedaron en llamar para darme seguimiento de cómo me sentía y no volvieron a llamar. Gracias a Dios estoy bien y viva para contarlo.
