En trevlig och rolig vistelse i Larnaca men Hotellet var ett övernattningsställe.
Pros:

Sedan frukosten var flyttad och serverad på Larca Hotell, Best Western Plus trodde jag det var ett minus men det visade sig vara rena fullträffen. Ett fantasktiskt frukostbord med bra rätter och en mycket bra service.

Cons:

Egentligen allting kunde varit bättre förutom poolen som sköts och underhålls på ett föredömligt sätt.Rummen är undermåliga, varmvatten kommer och går när det behagar. Saknar fräschhet och verkar gå bakåt för varje år. Personalen verkar solidarisk mot någon som inte vill satsa på hotellet.

I genuinely have no idea how this place considers itself a hotel.

The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled absolutely disgusting, and the overall cleanliness was nowhere near an acceptable standard. Walking into the room felt less like checking into a hotel and more like walking into a place that had been completely neglected.

And the floor cleaning somehow made things WORSE. Whatever they are using to mop those floors has a smell so horrible that it seems to spread through the entire room. I have no idea what kind of cleaning product they’re using, but calling it “fresh” would be an insult to the word fresh.

Then there’s the staff. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemingly completely uninterested in the fact that guests were having a terrible experience.It would be better for everybody if they just close the hotel permanently.

Nothing went well

Cons:

I made the reservation and didn't select 2 people on the form. When we arrived there was only one towel in the room and when we tried to get a second towel, they said they didn't have any more. After 30 minutes they came up with two hand towels. The desk clerk was very unhelpful, didn't even try to help.

Nada é péssimo, nem deveria estar no booking

Cons:

O corredor de acesso aos quartos encontrava-se sujo. Ao entrar no quarto, deparei-me com um colchão em condições absolutamente inaceitáveis, com marcas de sangue e várias manchas de urina. Perante esta situação, solicitei imediatamente a mudança de quarto, mas foi-me informado que o hotel se encontrava esgotado e que não havia qualquer outro quarto disponível.
A situação tornou-se ainda mais grave pelo facto de eu estar acompanhado de uma criança, que ficou igualmente exposta a condições de higiene totalmente inadequadas e potencialmente prejudiciais à saúde. Considero absolutamente inadmissível que um hotel disponibilize um quarto nestas condições, sobretudo a uma família com uma criança, sem apresentar uma solução alternativa.
Estas condições demonstram uma grave falta de higiene, cuidado e respeito pelos hóspedes e estão muito abaixo dos padrões mínimos que se esperam de um estabelecimento hoteleiro.

Cons:

When I went in to the room I found a food takeaway box full of mouldy food, The Hotel staff wasnt helpful and I left the same day, I explained to booking.com for a full refund twice, I still have not heard back from the owners/ management/Booking.com.
