Outdated photos, missing amenities, and a far location made the stay average at best.
Pros:

The photos of the hotel appear to have been taken quite some time ago and do not accurately reflect its current condition, which was not entirely as expected. Overall, the hotel was pleasant, with comfortable beds, a good breakfast, and a nice pool area. However, aside from these aspects, the experience was fairly average.

Cons:

Where should I begin? The staff, who appeared to be mostly from Nepal, India, and Pakistan, were not particularly friendly or welcoming. When we entered the room, there were no towels provided, and there was also no hairdryer despite it being listed as an available amenity. Upon arrival, we were asked to sign a document, and the staff seemed impatient while I took a moment to read it carefully. The document stated that guests must leave the room key at reception every time they leave the hotel, along with several notes regarding privacy and hotel policies.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was average at best, and it seemed that the staff were not putting sufficient effort into maintaining the property properly.

Additionally, the hotel is located quite far from the city center, approximately a 30-minute walk with very few amenities nearby. There are no cafés or restaurants in the immediate area, and only one small mini market, which was relatively expensive.

In our case, we mostly used the hotel just to shower and sleep, as we spent most of the day exploring Cyprus.

Great price. Big hotel feeling. Not so close to the center of town.
Pros:

Price was great. Room was fine. All was clean.

Cons:

It feels like a big hotel. Not very personable. And they wanted me to wait at checkout, so the maid could make sure I had not stolen any towels. I understand, but not a nice vibe.
If you don't have a car, it is more than 1 km to the center of town.
Little things, like paint in my room was still wet. No big deal, but . . .

Very old and decaying building. Weird and unhelpful staff. However, all Cyprus has a very, very low service level and I was shocked about the level of accommodations there in general. They are renting absolute shitholes for huge prices. Compared to Cyprus overall it was not bad, compared to the European mainland standard it should be closed down by the authorities.

Disguisting and old. And the terrible smell all over the place. If you have no choice and that is the amount you can pay just not to sleep on the street. Elevator didnt work. We had no hot water and internet in our room. The room on the pictures looks ok. And you have no expectations for this price. But San Remo managed to surprice. Everything is wear out. So old - there's no way for fixing. I believe that is the way it is and there's no reason to complain to stuff. They know what they are dealing with.

Cons:

I didnt like anything. We stayed outside as much as possible. We slept in our winter clothes and put our towels on the bed not to touch anything - so disguisting it was.
Exstreme situation place to stay one night.

Погрызли какие то насекомые.... то ли кловы,то ли х.з .. Номер дали не тот,что заказывал. Странно. Часто останавливаюсь здесь и всегда номер ,который бронирую-занят оказывается.... Списываюсь с поддержкой,они подтверждают .. и на рецепшени привыдаче ключей всегда -Номер загят))Вернее сектор ) там 5-6 номеров ... За то вижу ,как за мной выдают ключи постояльцам заселяющимся позже....Завтрак холодный... В номере не было пульта от кондея,но быстро принесли по запросу. Полотенце одно.

The bed was actually very very good and i really enjoyed good sleeping time 😊

They were not cleaning the rooms floor properly 🧹

Since my check in and until my checkout after 16 days the same hairs were hugging with me aroung the room's floor.

Keep in mind I paid 800€+ for a deluxe room.

Everyday also the mornings was the same food.

Also a very important information to keep in mind for greek tourists is that they are not talking Greek there anyone in this hotel.

Blisko lotniska (można podjechać autobusem miejskim i przejść się kawałek do hotelu). Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę pokoju, raczej poprawne jeśli chodzi o wybór i ilość. Na pewno za te cenę nie znajdziemy w Larnace noclegu ze śniadaniem serwowanym w formie bufetu.

Cons:

Niestety ale podłoga nie była posprzątana. Lata świetności hotel ma już za sobą. W nocy bywa głośno.
