Un séjour qui correspond très largement à notre attente.
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait pour notre séjour nous permettant de visiter tout Parme à pied . La possibilité de pouvoir disposer d'une place de parking sécurisée est rare et très appréciable

Cons:

L'usage en Italie de demander une copie de notre pièce d'identité nous a gênés pour la récupération des clés ou des codes des appartements car ayant subis en France une usurpation d'identité nous ne voulions pas transmettre par internet l'intégralité de la copie de cette pièce d'identité. Pour les hôtels le problèmes ne se pose pas puisque la copie est faite sur place à notre arrivée.

Struttura molto bella, ristrutturata con molto gusto. Accesso sicuro, struttura con cortile /parcheggio interno incluso e chiuso agli esterni.

La stanza era arredata con gusto e il bb si trova in posizione vicina al centro, anche se la zona non è proprio tra le più belle. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Letto comodo.

Migliorabile credo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in günstiger Lage um Parma zu besichtigen.
Pros:

Sehr schön renoviertes ehemaliges Fabriksgebäude in zentraler Lage. Freundliche Gastgeberin, gutes Frühstück.

Bien situé dans une petite allée à 15min du centre historique
Parking privé dans la cour pour les voitures

Pros:

Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr nette Betreiberin. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielvältig. Einzig die Möglichkeit ausserhalb der Frühstückszeit die Kaffeemaschine zu benutzen fehlt, was ein wenig schade ist. Der Zugang zum Innenhof und auch zum Hotel und zum Zimmer findet sehr unkompliziert mittels persönlichem Code statt. Das Gepäck kann nach dem Checkout videoüberwacht geparkt werden. Immer wieder gerne!

suchere schöne Unterkunft nicht weit vom Zentrum
Pros:

sehr originell im Loftstil eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles war einfach und gut durchdacht zum self einchecken. Super auch der Parkplatz im geschlossenen Hof.
Gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten.

Sauber und modern!
Pros:

Hübsches, modernes B&B. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin.

Cons:

Leider ist die Lage nicht so schön. Die 15 min in die Stadt wären kein Problen...leider liegt das B&B hinter dem Bahnhof und man fühlt sich nachts auf dem Weg nicht so wohl....schade....

Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto che la camera da letto fosse situata su un soppalco, mentre il bagno si trova al piano inferiore. Di notte questo risulta scomodo, perché bisogna accendere le luci per scendere, disturbando chi sta dormendo.

L’appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, però la descrizione “intera unità al piano terra” può creare confusione. Inoltre, c’è un dislivello tra il soggiorno e la zona cucina/bagno che dovrebbe essere specificato meglio, poiché l’alloggio non è adatto a bambini piccoli o persone con difficoltà motorie.

Pros:

Liegt zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofes, ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Damit guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Parma, Bologna Modena. Verfügt über einen verschließbaren kostenlosen Parkplatz. Unser Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Duschbad ist modern und geräumig. Das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch unterschiedliche Brotsorten wurden angeboten. Sehr gut war die 24 stündige Entnahmemöglichkeit von gekühltem Wasser gesprudelt oder natural. Das Personal war sehr nett.
