Ottimo b&b per visitare Parma senza lo stress della zona turistica
Pros:

I proprietari sono molto cortesi e sia la stanza che le aree comuni sono tenute benissimo e molto belle

Cons:

L'ingresso principale è un poco nascosto e per capire quale fosse l'entrata ho dovuto fare un paio di giri prima di capire che ci sono 2 entrate: la prima che porta all'area parcheggio e poi l'ingresso alla struttura vera e propria (ho provato a segnalare meglio via Google mappe)

Ottima soluzione per visitare Parma
Pros:

Struttura moderna arredata con gusto, stile industriale. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro. La disponibilità di parcheggio nel cortile interno rappresenta un plus di grande rilevanza! Camera molto bella, funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario, con preziosi suggerimenti per i turisti. Letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Molto comodo l'accesso alla struttura con PIN. La ragazza presente al mattino, davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo la tenda oscurante non è posizionata in modo da poter ottenere un oscuramento efficace al mattino; le persiane non sono utilizzabili per la presenza di piante. Per chi desidera il buio questa è una pecca. Colazione ricca e di buon livello, potrebbe essere un più artigianale e tipica parmense.

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, le personnel très gentil et attentionné. Le logement était superbe, très propre et confortable. L’emplacement était également idéal pour visiter la ville. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Außergewöhnliche, geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr gutes Frühstück, warmherzige Inhaber, sehr gut organisiert mit problemlosem check-in, gute Parkmögluchkeit direkt am Hotel auf abgeschlossenem Platz, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
