Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom.
A room without a window, but just right for one night. Breakfast in the bakery, 50 m next to the hotel.
Hotel has very good staff.
location is very bad. hotel is next to a busy street, so whole night you are hearing cars loud and clear. Also, breakfast place is not located in restaurant. I don't mind that, but the fact that food isn't ready and it's not tasty. Makes overall experience unpleasant.

Close to the sea
We got strange room with a window to the corridor and had to leave through that window the last day because door lock was blocked.

The host was very kind and we liked our stay. Good location. The only drawback I would say is that the windows were very poor and I could hear all the noise inside all night

Staff was great and the room ok for the price and given also the high season.
The bathrooms are not great, with no separate shower. To some extent I found this also a bit dangerous as there was a small step to get out of the bathroom and after a shower everything was wet so you could easily slip.
The room (at least the ones upstairs with access from the balcony) was not very sound proof. I could hear it move everytime someone would pass by. I could also hear all noises from the street and the air conditioning of the rooms nearby.

Welcoming administrators, met us very friendly. We’re supportive and respectful.
There are a few things I'd like to improve. All of this concerns the bathroom.
1. The toilet was flushing very poorly.
2. There were no cups to put toothbrushes in.
3. There's no shower curtain, so water drips onto the floor, making it very slippery. You have to walk very carefully. Considering the bathroom has small steps, it's very easy to slip. I would say, it was dangerous.
4. It would be advisable to lay some kind of rug in the bathroom.
Our family bedroom was perfect and charming for us 4. The location in town is absolutely ideal. Otherwise Paul at the reception was for us very effective and always smiling and ready to help. Thank you Paul
The only negative thing is that the beds are a « little bit tired » and needed to be changed.
Nikita was nice and supportive. The hotel is well located.
The room was not what I was expecting. The hotel has nice renovated rooms and not renovated rooms. When I booked, I checked the main photos and selected the room without checking. I was really surprised seeing that the room was pretty bad. It actually turned out the worst stay in Georgia we had.
About the room
- The bathroom had mold
- The room had constant toilet smell
- The toilet had hot water in a tank (?) which made the smell worse
- The shower doesn't have a fan, you need to open the window for the humidity. There were no curtains or blinds, so the neighbours can see you
- The room has a window to the corridor (so you can hear all sounds and no privacy
- The room was quite old, and a part of the wall didn't have wallpaper
- We had one small toilet roll for 3 people and had to go down to reception and ask for more rolls a few times as we stayed a few days

Location is perfect, walking distance to all sight seeing tourist spot around the city, it is sorounded with restaurants, smooth check in, and the host Nikita is very helpful and kind, he help us to book our ticket to tbilisi by bus since train ticket wasn't available. He, gave us the information that we want to know. All in all our stay is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to all those who plan to visit Batumi.
