I am writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Mr. VISHAL at your front desk on 17th March 2026. It is rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such a genuine " people first" approach. The location was pretty convenient and the overall property is pretty well maintained. Good breakfast.
The location is ideal for those looking to explore South Bombay.
The doorman was very friendly and staff at the reception was helpful.
Small and noisy rooms with very bad view. The bathrooms need to be replaced and overall it needs an upgrade.
You can hear the street noise and horns honking until late into the night.

The room was so small i am just shocked when i enter there they told they already sold that they provide to us. Through online. And there is different between pictures and room
The staff was really nice and helpful. Location was great
The bathroom had insects. Not properly cleaned. Cleaning staff does not care about your things in room. In my case, they just throw my clothes on the window after cleaning.
The room was spacious and clean. We even have a yoga mat of some sort by the windows. The security guards especially are very helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was delicious. It has Indian and American breakfast. Eggs are made to order like sunnyside up, over easy or omelet. This is a good way to sample some variety of Indian cuisine. The waitstaff were very nice and attentive.
The Location was great. Very walkable to the gateway of India, Taj Mahal Tower, restaurants and shopping.
The bathroom was looking a little tired. The faucet was sort of loose but it works so no problem.
The service here was excellent including the breakfast staff. The building is aged a bit, but it was still very comfortable and clean. And it's a short and easy walk from the Gateway of India, which is a big plus!

Perfect location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating would highly recommend for a short term stay in Mumbai.
Good location. Very near to gate way of India n Taj. Aqua Blue line metro is also very near to travel ! (Cuffe parade)

Staff, particularly Hussain at front desk, was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was hearty, plentiful and delicious. A nice touch was the newspaper delivered to your room each morning. Location in the heart of Colaba, busy section 5 minute walk from Gateway to India.
