夜のイルミネーションがよかった。
タクシーをフロントの電話から呼んでもタクシー会社から断られる。ロケーションがいまいち。
I intended to stay for 4 nights, but asked to change rooms after one awful night, then ended up checking out after my 2nd night because I'd reached the end of my tether. This place left me in such a state of anxiety that really isn't in my usual nature. I've been to Okinawa 4 times now, I love it there, so this was beyond unprecedented. The only redeeming factor was that the staff at the front desk were kind enough, even when faced me with me in tears at how badly my experience was going. And I guess the bbq restaurant was decent. Simply put don't bother. It's a huge regret. There are MUCH nicer hotel options elsewhere on the Island for a similar price. I was up researching other hotels I could move to on my first night because I was so desperate to leave, but because I was so shaken up by this experience, I decided to cut my trip short and head for home instead. I couldn't believe how relieved I felt when leaving. Genuinely never had such a bad experience at a hotel before.
- Both rooms I stayed in (a ground floor villa, then a 3rd floor ocean view in the Villa Garden side) were infested with geckos, ants and other bugs. More dead ants kept appearing on the floors, in the bath, above the fridge, etc, and more than a handful crawled on me while in bed. I don't know how they expect guests to enjoy the balconies/patios either when the ground is covered with dead bugs. I didn't feel comfortable unpacking or even leaving my suitcase open in case something crawled in there.
- As other guests stated in reviews, the beds are hard and uncomfortable, but it was worse than expected. I tried to pile up extra bedding to try and make it more comfortable, but I could barely sleep. On top of that, the air con and fridge are abnormally loud in comparison to other places I've stayed, so don't expect to get much rest.
- If, after a terrible night's sleep, you want to take a nap, think again, because they make an announcement through the speaker system into your room at 10am, and then play constant music for a few hours. I tried everything to turn it off, or at least down, but couldn't. It started to feel like a sleep experiment where every time you drop off, something startles you awake.
- The breakfast is abysmal. There are barely any choices, and by 9am, all the hot food was long since stone cold.
- The photos are deceiving. Both pools are tiny and in busier seasons, I can't see how many guests can enjoy it. The long water feature in the Villa Garden was always drained.
- It shouldn't be classed as a beachfront hotel because it's just a few stone steps above a brown-sludge shade of ocean.
- Terrible location. The rental bikes were never replenished so it's a car, taxi or a bus that barely runs.
- The two parts of the hotel are unnecessarily convoluted. They offer a shuttle bus between them which can't be eco-friendly.
- Everything is run-down.
Quiet, large and comfortable rooms.
There is no beach. When you have transport you can drive in about 5 minutes to a wonderful beach where you can swim. There are sunbeds for rent from FUSAKI resort.

The pools are closing too early
部屋は綺麗に清掃され気持ちよく滞在が出来ました。スタッフ皆さまがとても親切で嬉しく思いました。
大浴場があったのでグループの風呂待ち時間がなくなりました。石垣島を満喫する時間有意義に使えました。
室内の浴室の水垢ぎ酷かったので残念でした。
大浴場があり、ヴィラの部屋に宿泊しましたが、広くて快適、ウェルカムドリンクにオリオンビールがあった。
レストランのスタッフが少なく、なかなか最初のオーダーに繋がらない
