最高のホテル
Pros:

雨が降っていましたが
それでも沖縄に来たんだなとワクワクさせてくれる素敵なホテルでした。
スタッフの皆様も親切で、施設はもちろん清潔で部屋のロケーションも良い。
大浴場には岩盤浴やサウナ、露天風呂があり、お風呂もしっかり楽しめるように作られています。
ご飯も非常に美味しく、連泊だったのですが日ごとに朝のバイキング内容も変更されていました。

こんなに贅沢な気分を味わえたのに、
宿泊代がリーズナブルなのも驚きです。

また来ます。

Pros:

La vue, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit-déjeuner extraordinaire.
Les différentes activités et la possibilité de passer par l'hôtel pour louer une voiture ou une activité sur l'île.
C'est très courant au Japon, mais c'est bien de savoir qu'ils prêtent à la journée gratuitement n'importe quelle serviette pour aller à la plage ou à l'extérieur autre part.
Les jus de fruits et le café sont à volonté. Ce n'est peut-être pas important pour certains, mais j'ai beaucoup apprécié de prendre mon café près de la réception et de m'asseoir un peu plus loin dans un canapé en regardant la plage et le soleil.

Cons:

J'aurais préféré une literie un peu plus confortable. On a trouvé les matelas très fermes selon moi, mes enfants et mon épouse.

優雅に過ごせるリゾートホテルではない
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん明るく、すれ違う時も気持ちよく挨拶してくださった。
サウナの温度が良かった。

Cons:

・昼の12:30にホテルに着きチェックインまでカバンの預けだけお願いしようとしたが電気もついておらず、さらにフロントエリアにスタッフが1人もいなかった。
・プールの清掃時間に関して誤説明？を受け時間を無駄にした。(プール使えますか？と聞くと14時まで清掃です、と言われたが実際は屋外プールは清掃時間ではなく使えた。周りに何もないので全てが閉まっている薄暗い建物で待つ羽目になった)
・いざプールに行くと写真とは程遠い小さいプール。寝るところも数席しかない。
・風速5m以上だとパラソルが使えないらしく炎天下のプール日和なのにプールはガラガラ。(日傘を渡されるが暑すぎて居てられない)
・小さい子どもさんも沢山いるホテルなのに酒の瓶を大量に置き、持参したスピーカーで大きな音で曲を流してる人がいたが監視員も注意しないし、ホテルスタッフに伝えても改善されてなかった。(翌日も朝イチからずっとスピーカーで音を鳴らして酒を飲んでいた。酔って騒ぐような人でもなかったがホテルのプールでスピーカーで音楽流してる人なんて見たことないです。どこの治安の悪い海ですか？)
・部屋のエアコンがカビ臭かった
・オーシャンビューの部屋ではあったがベランダは汚く出れるようなものでもない

GWということもあり全く高い部屋ではないが1泊7万弱払いました。
一流ホテルまでは期待してませんでしたがあまりにも期待はずれで全くその価値はなかったと思います。
これなら数万足して他のリゾートホテルにした方が数倍良かったかと。
ヴィラの方なら違ったかもしれません。

ホテル内でダラダラゆったり過ごしたい場合はおすすめしません。小さい子どもさん連れは屋内プールで遊んだり朝と夜だけ滞在して昼間は遊びに出掛けていたようです。

Mooi rustig hotel, met veel faciliteiten en lekker ontbijt. Het hotel heeft een kantoortje waar je een auto kan huren en je mooie activiteiten kan boeken.

2回目だったので勝手がわかって良かった。ランドリーもあり便利。

Cons:

大浴場の混雑状況が、webでわかれば良かった。
乾燥機を使ったが、臭いやゴミがついた。空港だけでなく、離島ターミナルへの送迎バスがあれば良かった。

We left 1/2 way through our stay cause we weren’t happy.

Cons:

The beds were like rocks, the location wasn’t near anything. There’s no beach out front and the closest one isn’t groomed or nice. The pool is a lot smaller than the photos show. Also, you can’t use the pool if you have tattoos.

다시 찾고 싶은 훌륭한 리조트
Pros:

후기를 잘 남기지 않는데 여기는 정말 괜찮았습니다.
시내는 아니고 조금 떨어져 있는 곳이지만
충분히 이용할 만한 아름다운 자연이 있는 곳이었고
셔틀버스가 다니는 점과 대욕탕, 아이스크림 서비스,
웰컴티, 뷔페, 유글레나몰 (시내)과의 거리까지
모두 괜찮았던 곳이고 이시가키에 다시 갈 일이 있다면
이곳을 재이용해보고 싶습니다.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage mit Busstation vor dem Hotel. Frühstück und Restaurants (Teeda) nach unserem Geschmack. Das Onsen haben wir ausgiebig genutzt.
