Es un sitio paradisíaco, creo que las fotos no alcanzan a mostrar su belleza, un espacio tranquilo para compartir en familia, la atención de Rodolfo y el equipo de Isla Bonita, fué excepcional. La comida exquisita. Y el apto amplio, hermoso, y con una vista preciosa. Súper Recomendado!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Buen hotel con puntos de mejorar la limpieza y servicio de comida
Pros:

I love this hotel! Very nice view.

Cons:

Playa muy sucia con algas, y falta un poco más de limpieza en las habitaciones (algo de telarañas).
Lo más difícil fue que el primer día la cena tardó más de 2 horas en llegar, y el segundo día más de una hora. Los desayunos también tardaban alrededor de una hora. ¡Pero la cena estuvo rica!
Pero estas son solo observaciones como puntos de crecimiento y mejora; en general, ¡todo nos gustó mucho!

A very dirty beach with seaweed, and there is a lack of proper cleaning in the rooms (a bit of cobwebs).
The most difficult part was that on the first evening the dinner took more than 2 hours to be served, and on the second evening more than an hour. Breakfasts also took about an hour to be served. But the dinner was delicious anyway.
However, these are just comments as points for growth and improvement; overall, we really liked everything!
I wish the hotel prosperity!

An excellent place to relax and unwind from stress. Beach is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had the entire place to ourselves! It was amazing every day. The weather, the food, the beach!!! We took a tour to cayo arena and the experience is unforgettable! The local town has small local restaurants and businesses. We had the apartment complex because we are a family of 4., my only complaint is that the water should be fixed in the bathroom and the beds need an upgrade, otherwise it’s an amazing place to unwind. Nothing fancy and expensive- just a simple natural place on earth to breathe and enjoy!

Pros:

Nice place and staff is very responsive and kind. The only thing we didn’t like is that the beach was covered by algae and the sea soil was slimy, because of a storm of days before, but this is not hotels guilt.
