Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer vorteilhaften Lage in einer Seitenstraße, wodurch es nachts relativ ruhig ist. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und das Personal war freundlich. Bett war bequem und die Zimmergröße war ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider unzureichend. Bei der Ankunft gab es Spinnweben an den Decken und am Lampenschirm. Das Abflusssieb im Badezimmer war noch mit Haaren des vorherigen Gastes verstopft. Zudem fand während des Aufenthalts keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung statt, was den Komfort beeinträchtigt hat.

Bon emplacement mais l'appartement n'était pas propre.
Pros:

La Bat Chum Villa est très bien placée, juste à côté du palais royal et accès très rapide au bord de l'eau.
La chambre à une climatisation ce qui est vraiment nécessaire étant sous les toits, la chaleur de la journée s'accumule vite dans la pièce.

Cons:

L'appartement n'était clairement pas propre, des toiles d'araignées dans tous les coins et au plafond. Nous avons eu plusieurs cafards dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre...
La salle de bains n'était pas vraiment propre, plusieurs poils sur la cuvette et sur l'évier. La douche est un pommeau fixe et coule très difficilement. J'ai fait remarqué au propriétaire le problème d'écoulement d'eau, une personne est venue voir, à allumer la douche mais n'a rien fait pour régler le problème. Il lui a semblé que tout fonctionnait bien donc je n'ai pas insisté mais l'écoulement reste vraiment faible.

Les 2 premières nuits que nous avons passé, les propriétaires ayant un bar au rez de chaussée ont été très bruyants avec la musique assez forte et des conversations incessantes très forte, et ce jusqu'à 23h et même jusqu'à 2h du matin le premier soir.

Pros:

Emplacement à proximité du Palais Royal, de la rivière, de quartiers branchés

Cons:

La « petite chambre » n’était pas propre… les draps avaient une odeur de transpiration et le personnel nous les a changé. Il y avait beaucoup de poussières au plafond et un problème de cafard dans la chambre.
Nous y sommes rester qu’une nuit comme prévu et heureusement.

Atmospheric room in quiet sidestreet in city center
Pros:

Atmospheric room in an old villa in the middle of the city. Situated in a very quiet side street. Good shower, very clean. Bed a bit hard but acceptable. Very helpful and nice manager that reacted correctly after our booked room was not available due to a broken airconditioning. They can book also your bus ticket with pick up from the hotel.

Cons:

There was no breakfast available although this was advertised. Communication was sometimes a problem because not everybody spoke enough English. But most of the time the manager was not far away and problems were easily solved.

Freundliches unkompliziertes Personal in einem schönen Hotel in bester Lage von Phnom Penh
Pros:

Die Bemühungen des freundlichen Personals meinen Aufenthalt so angebehm wie nur möglich zu machen! Das schöne und herzlich eingerichtrte Zimmer und die Sauberkeig im ganzen Hotel

Quiet place in the centre, very friendly staff, room are comfortable too, same like described. We stayed with 2 kids and we're enjoyed hosting.

The room decoration was very nice! Nice alternative to the impersonal international skyscraper hotels.

Cons:

The staff put me in the wrong room so I had to move room the next day. Limited airflow in the bathroom means silverfish aplenty.

Sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Alle wichtigen Dinge fußläufig erreichbar. Enorm liebes Personal, nette Gemeinschaft. Es kommen auch locals vorbei, weil sie sich wohlfühlen .
Ich hatte Bauchprobleme und man half mir und besorgte Reissuppe...
Stylisch und dennoch einfach.

Point de chute paisible, pratique et économique
Pros:

Emplacement pratique et au calme. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre qui donne accès à la terrasse est particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant. J'ai aimé cet endroit car on ne se sent pas comme dans un hôtel commercial, c'est un lieu de tranquillité au sein de Phnom Penh. Le staff a d'ailleurs été souple, ainsi que le dirigeant qui est français. Je précise que c'est propre, ce qui est très important selon moi. Merci pour avoir bien accueilli mes parents :)
