Ruby and Rosy were nice ladies but definitely not business people. They had no sign that said Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. I would not recommend people staying at this place unless they had an extra hour or two to try to find it!! No one in Dolega had heard of Casa RnR or Paradise Gourmet. There are no street signs to find Calle 4. The people in Dolega said there must be a mistake and the place was in Boquette.
We were not given the room in the advertisement. They put us in a square cement box room with only cold water shower no hot water like advertised. There we’re no windows in the cement room either. The next day, they said they would move us to a different room with hot water but we didn’t want to pack up everything and move. We were only there for two nights. Rosy should’ve compensated us for the poor room but did not. No breakfast was offered as compensation either. Quite disappointed with this booking.
The breakfast was very delicious, very filling, worth the price!
I have no complaints.
