1月頭に4泊しました。一泊1万円ちょっとでした。スタッフの態度やサービスはとても良く、満足でした。

一方、施設自体は老朽化しており、頑張って極力清潔にしているし努力が見えるのと、この金額で文句言うつもりも全くありませんが、以下事項について心の準備はしておいた方が良いと思います。

1) ソファーがファブリック製ですが、匂いが染み付いており、寛ごうとして座って暫くすると、足の悪臭のような匂いが漂ってきます。多分、たくさんの体臭のキツい人種の旅行客が汗かいて座ってきたのだろう。

2) トイレ、バスルームには、虫が出ます。ちっちゃいヤツが1、2匹、常時ウロチョロします。人を噛んだりしないし、排水溝周りにしかなくて無害なので、可哀想なので殺したりはしないで下さい。

3) 電話機、ドライヤー、洗面台のミラーが壊れていました。フロントに電話すると、すぐ修理しに来てくれます。ドライヤーは電源コードが切れてプラグが無いのを、コードの先の銅線をライターで燃やしてそのままコンセント穴にドライバーで突っ込んで、使えるようにして貰いました。

全般的に、掃除はちゃんとしている印象だし、悪い体験ではありませんでした。4日以下の短期滞在にはリーズナブルで良いロケーションだと思います。
