L’entrée sécurisée avec vigile et place de parking privée.
L’emplacement près du parc Marino Ballena est idéal.
L’accès privé à la plage Playa Ballena est exceptionnel.

2 bedroom condo extremely clean and decorated nicely. Fully equipped kitchen that we didn’t use. Great to have a washer and dryer
Beach area poorly equipped Only 2 old lounge chairs available to guests. Beach area could be greatly improved to make a better experience for guests. Property manager was exceptional and did provide us with three beach chairs we then carried to beach. Pool area was peaceful. Not much bird or animal sightings when we were there compared to other areas but rain probably kept them away. Security gates could be improved on. We had difficulty on several occasions getting in and out of complex.
