Cons:

Muchas cosas, primero nos entregaron una habitación sucia, apenas la iban a limpiar, solo cambian las sábanas entre huéspedes, la colcha estaba manchada, el desayuno de cortesía nunca no lo dieron pésima atención en restaurante, los empleados sucios se les caían las cosas y con las manos te las regresaban al plato, estaban como con un grupo y el resto no tuvimos la mas mínima atención... lo único rescatable era la amabilidad de los de recepción ...

Es un hotel viejo, las instalaciones y mobiliario en muy malas condiciones, las alfombras tanto en áreas comunes como en las habitaciones sucias y huelen horrible... por higiene las alfombras en hoteles ya son obsoletas y las fotos que presentan en su publicidad nada que ver con la realidad... nunca regresaré a ese hotel

Do NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
Pros:

Just the location is good.

Cons:

The rooms had a bad smell. I had to change the room.
The new room assigned had no hot water, no water in the flush.
The staff should have changed the room but did nothing. I should get 50% of my money back due to all the inconvenience caused.
I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

hay pequeños detalles que no creo que impliquen mucho gasto y que mejorarian mucho, como el oxido en el plafon, con una lata de pintura quedaria bien, la ventana no funcionaba
