Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, có view ra vịnh Hạ Long. Đi bộ 5 phút ra vịnh Pháo hoa để xem pháo hoa.

the door, toliet, an astentic shower booth are made from Japan. super well made! As a designer i really liked this part.

Every staffs are super friendly and have a great smile which made us feel welcome. helpful for every question without hesitated. Also they has so convinice service, which were laundury / rant a motorbike services. we lend 4 days of mortorbike and they were pretty good quilty and cheapiest price compare with other hotel. i super recommend rant a motorbike in halong from the hotel coz if there is some problem would be more easy to contect as a who can not speak in vietamese.

lundury service: 1kg 50,000 d (cheapist compare with other hotel) and really quick, flavor of softner was so fresh. so recommend book this hotel few days after your vietnam trip.
