at the nexus house garden.
Pros:

The service was exceptional. The team tried to go above and beyond. The location was very good. It was chosen because it was next to where I worked but I had so many eateries and cafes around me without being on the main drag where it could be crowded like my experience with properties in D1. The room was huge, comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

The only faults I found was mostly out of the control of the service team - 1) noise from the construction behind my attic room 2) noise from loud TV with the room next door. But what was within their control and could improve was the toilet paper was not replenished one day when I got back to the room. They acted on it promptly when I told them. There was lack of bath towels so they told me they could only give me a few had towels on the last night there. But I really appreciated the gestures of trying to make up for gaps eg helping me with the laundry.

Dobra lokalizacja za rozsądną cenę. Blisko do stacji metra jest dodatkową zaletą, mniejsze tłumy a łatwo dostać się do dystryktu 1 Uprzejmy i uczynny personel. Polecam.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel, leider keine Empfehlung

Wir wurden von der Unterkunft leider über den Tisch gezogen. Nachdem wir das Zimmer an der Rezeption bei Ankunft bezahlt haben, haben wir leider entdeckt, dass unser Zimmer im EG leider eine komplett verschimmelte Decke aufwies und demzufolge sehr muffig roch. Ein Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte für uns nicht vorstellbar. Auch blickte man auf eine graue Wand beim Vorhang zurückziehen. Und nicht wie auf den Bildern bei booking auf einen grünen Garten. Auf sofortige Reklamation an der Rezeption teilte man uns mit, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar ist, wir aber das Geld zurückbekommen. Daraufhin haben wir unsere Bankverbindung (Rückbuchung über die Kreditkarte wurde leider nicht akzeptiert) hinterlegt und eine Bestätigung über den Betrag erhalten. Auf das Geld warte ich bis heute. Leider wurde nie eine Bestätigung über die angeblich erfolgte Rückzahlung übermittelt. Zuletzt wurde auf die Nachrichten gar nicht mehr reagiert und geantwortet. Sehr enttäuschend.

Location, comfort, service exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Polite and courteous staff. Helped with my local travel. Rooms were neat and clean, spic and span. Hot water available 24 hrs. Beds were comfortable, AC was great. The propery location was perfect for local dining and attractions. Will definitely be back.

A lovely stay in a great hotel
Pros:

It all went well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was super easy. The room was spotless (and new). The bathroom was very clean, modern and spacious and really nicely designed. We had tea and coffee in the room which was replaced every day with clean cups too. Bed super comfy. Quiet room was also welcome after a day walking.
