良かったです。
Pros:

用意してくださっていたロケーションが良かったです。
22時に到着しましたが、フロントに居てくださり、スムーズに案内してくださいました。
朝食もお味噌汁がアツアツで嬉しかったです。

Cons:

朝食のパンの種類がもう少しあったら嬉しいなと思いますが、パンが食べたい方は近くの喫茶店などに行くのもいいかもしれません。
室内の照明が薄暗くしたり、微妙な調整が出来たら嬉しいです。

Comfortable one night stay between train travel
Pros:

I was able to book super last minute as I missed my train from Nagano to Myōko.
Luckily the reception allowed me to check in very last minute and after midnight.
Breakfast option was great!
The staff helped me to get a taxi to Nagano Station the next morning.
Very helpful and kind.

Cons:

There was only a smoking room option and it smelt not great but to be expected.

信州最高
Pros:

シングルだけど部屋が広い。
別館宿泊とは知らず、本館フロントで親切に外まで案内頂き良かったです。

Cons:

今回の宿泊では特にありませんが、
食事場所が本館のため、雨や雪の日は、屋根が無いので年配者には移動が大変かも。
