Amazing value for those on a budget to get a good nights sleep and explore Colombo.

I loved the location. The upper floor rooms have Amazing views of the ocean as the name suggests. Love the location and wanted to try all the properties in this amazing location. Found it perfectly located in the CBD to work or explore Colombo a city that is highly underrated. Close proximity to entertainment, shops, cafes, restaurants and the key business district. Gem of a find for the price we paid. Staff were also amazingly accommodating and this and the property next door were managed by the same group and I tried and enjoyed them both.

Cons:

A very good budget option and no big facilities like pool etc but a small price to pay as everything you could possibly want is available within walking distance.

Nice room
Pros:

The room was nice, window to the street, very limited sea view (not what it showed in the picture).

Cons:

The bathroom window led to some ugly surroundings and was not possible to close, just some nest, so the heat could come in all the time and kept it very hot.

I’m not sure I would recommend this place. Maybe okay for one night.
Pros:

It was a big room. The staff was quite nice.

Cons:

It felt like you were living in the past. The furniture was weird and the room itself was weird. It wasn’t super clean. The location is also away from everything.
