Pros:

the staff responds very fast, and they are flexible if you have any issues. Interactions with them were pleasant. The place is located 2min from odori park station and odori park, 10min from susukino center, 7/11 right across the road. the room is decently big.

Cons:

1)I had several issues during my stay, unfortunately. First of all, there was a very very loud zapping noise coming from the heater. The owners tried fixing it almost immediately by providing the heater but the heater they gave wasnt good enough to heat the entire room. Props to them for willing to fix it the same or the next day and working around my schedule, and I liked the owners feedback overall but I dont understand how come nobody saw that the heater was making insanely, not normal loud nouses as soon as you open the door. Like somebody should check the room before its ready for guests, no?

2)They should do something with their cleaning company. The above mentioned heater is absolutely filthy behind on the back with years worth of dust piled up behind it. The air conditioning holes/duct on the top of the bathroom ceiling, toilet ceiling are all in dust. I am really surprised that nobody cared to cleaned it at all. I am very far from a clean freak but the dust amounts were crazy.

最高のホテルだと思います。
部屋も綺麗だし、設備もところどころはあるけどぜんっぜんきれいなので管理も行き届いてると思います。

Cons:

音が響くので、上の方が中国人とかのうるさい人間だとしんどいかも…僕の時はうるさすぎて夜中まで寝れませんでした

Excellent studio flat if you want a place which is easy to walk into the city centre.
Pros:

Very close to the restaurant and shopping areas. Very clean and excellent value for money. I was pleased it had a washing machine.

Cons:

I would have preferred to not be on the ground floor. The WiFi was poor. We would have liked some USB ports to help with charging our phones. Some lamps at the side of the bed would have been good too. The bed was quite hard but we put the futon in the cupboard on the bed and it was ok then.

地點非常棒，入住簡單，房間設施齊全，高CP值家庭出遊首選。
Pros:

地點離中島公園站很近，步行5-10分鐘就到，辦理入住很簡單，且有中英文說明書，所以不懂日文也沒關係。緊鄰薄野，散步去也是約10分鐘，地點很棒！我住四人房，兩張雙人床，但房間略為緊湊，四個人的行李箱就得苦思找位置塞才能打開，好在有個大衣櫃，行李箱可以放兩個進去，吊掛冬天衣服也放得下。浴室還有個小浴缸，泡澡淋浴方便，熱水來的快出水量夠，洗澡上廁所都沒問題。冰箱蠻大的，放東西挺方便的。

Cons:

就是房間稍微小了點！希望可以告知或說明連續住房要將用過的浴巾毛巾放在哪裡及哪裡可以領到隔日乾淨的浴巾毛巾就更好了，我是剛好看見房務人員趕緊去要的！
