Location and cleanliness

Cons:

The check in process was a nightmare and stressful. Not only for me but for many others. I had helped a number of people with their check in. In addition, one of the tablets was not working. I don't understand why I was given multiple check in codes; it's so confusing. The hotel seriously needs to improve on the process. The process with another hotel is so much more efficient and much less stressful. There's someone online to guide us through the process.
Our apartment is tiny for 6 adults; it's probably only good for 4 adults and 1 child. Even that, it would be very tight. It's very misleading. If I had known the apartment is so tiny, I would have booked 2 apartments.

Pros:

I love everything about the hotel. 7 eleven just infront the hotel. Public parking beside the hotel make us easier to park. Location just nice in the center of city.

Pros:

It’s located in a nice area and within walking distance to Sapporo-Susukino. The room felt very modern, clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and responsive, thank you very much!

总的来说还行，为了节省费用同时希望自己做菜的朋友可以考虑
Pros:

性价比很高，离中岛公园地铁站较近，边上就有一家比较大的便利店很方便，可以洗衣服和做菜，适合多天居住

Cons:

住在103，靠窗的那一张床是坏的，下半部分塌陷，晚上没办法安稳入睡。
