Отель выбирала в первую очередь по соотношению цены и условий, а особенно из-за наличия бассейна, так как были с ребёнком.
К номеру, уборке, персоналу и остальным услугам у меня серьёзных нареканий нет. Но если вы, как и я, выбираете этот отель именно из-за бассейна, советую учитывать один нюанс: фактически рассчитывать на полноценное пользование бассейном не стоит.
К сожалению, бассейн оказался скорее «для галочки». Он очень маленький, а главное, самостоятельно воспользоваться им практически невозможно: его открывают только после звонка гостей. При этом на ресепшене каждый раз сообщали, что бассейн работает с утра до вечера, что совершенно не соответствует реальной ситуации.
Баня за всё время пребывания тоже была холодной. В целом складывается впечатление, что на всём, что связано с дополнительными удобствами, стараются максимально экономить.

My go to hotel when I'm in transit in Uzbekistan. Location is perfect, close to the airport, but far enough so you're not listening to the planes (although it's literally 5 min away by car without traffic, no longer than 15 when it's somewhat jammed). It itself is on a quiet street, which is great for good night sleep, but only 5 min away by feet from vibrant Shota Rustaveli Street if you'd like to take a walk & get some city experience with least efforts. Stayed here 2 times & both have been a very pleasant experience. Communication during the preparation phase is fantastic - staff will answer all your questions quickly & clearly without missing a single detail, they address all your needs, concerns & additional requests & find the best solution for you & can literally organize anything you need the way you need it if it's reasonable. Service is very flexible based on your individual needs, they make it easy & you can travel with absolute peace of mind. Special thanks for that & this is my favorite part, what I value the most - when service is clients oriented. I always chose the room with balcony, sitting there in the evening looking at the city (especially if you're on a higher floor) is beautiful.
When you're in the room next to the restaurant, you can hear everything that's going there quite clearly, so if you're a sensitive sleeper as myself, it can become a problem.

Отель расположен на тихой улочке в удобной локации: рядом ресторан плова Бешказан и кофейня Bon.
В самом отеле шикарные разнообразные завтраки. Шеф-повар лично ходит и проверят наличие всего необходимого. В общем, голодными не останетесь)
На 12м этаже находится неплохой клуб «12», в который проще попасть, если проживаете в отеле)
Публика в увеселительном заведении достаточно приличная, охрана на уровне, поэтому можете спокойно приходить отдохнуть и покурить кальян
Все было отлично
Все чисто и аккуратно, дали хороший номер на верхнем этаже, открывается хороший вид на город
