Great stay in Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Super polite and kind staff, very helpful! Communication via booking was great. Big spacious and clean room with all the amenities (even earplugs for outside noise). Hot water with good pressure and towels for bathroom and beach. Free water unlimited refill. Super close to the main street with all shops and restaurants, and very close to the port (walking distance) and airport.

Cons:

Wifi Is not the strongest, but it works. No breakfast options unfortunately, but you can easily get it from one of the many shops around the hotel.

Great place to stay! Highly recommend.
Pros:

The place was a few min off the main road (up on a hill) which made it perfect for us. Just a few minutes walk to the main street and the pier where tour boats depart, but shielded from the noise on the main street.
The room was clean, very spacious, and had a nice view. Wifi was good. There was always someone at the reception 24 hours to accomodate late arrivals and early morning departures.
The restaurant next door, Baccala, was also very tasty. You can get a discount if you stay at this hotel, and perfect after a long day boat tour when you are tired.

Cons:

Can't think of anything bad.

Posizione centrale, staff gentile e disponibile, camera grande e ben accessoriata, ottimo ristorante sotto all’hotel, servizio transfer efficiente

Cons:

Odore poco gradevole in bagno e anche nei pressi della struttura, camere poco insonorizzata, bagni un po’ usurati ma comunque puliti

* Gute Lage
* Sehr großes Zimmer und gemütliche Betten

Cons:

* Das Zimmer wirkte zwar sauber, der Boden war jedoch nicht gründlich gereinigt (unsere Socken waren nach kurzer Zeit schwarz)
* Das Badezimmer roch sehr stark nach Abfluss
* Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht. Für eine Nacht war es gerade noch in Ordnung, länger hätten wir dort aber nicht bleiben wollen

Pros:

Personnel très agréable et réactif

Cons:

Très bruyant avec le restaurant juste sous la chambre qui diffuse de la musique assez forte et tardivement, tape des ustensiles de cuisine en fin de service. Il y a de fortes odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bains vétuste. Les abords de l’hôtel sont très sales notamment à l’arrière ( musique des 8h du matin). La mosquée est à quelques mètres à peine donc réveil assuré à 4h30. Le personnel est très agréable mais c’est le seul point positif de cet établissement, le rapport qualité prix est beaucoup trop élevé. Nous avons été très déçus de cette réservation.

C’è stato un problema con la stanza prenotata e hanno provveduto a cambiarcela con la suite.

Unpleasant stay due to animal sounds in AC unit and elevator not working.

Spacious room with good AC.

Cons:

There was disturbing noise in the AC unit which sounded like an animal was in it. I messaged the front desk at 11 pm and received no response. There was a definitely a rodent if some type on the wall and or AC unit. I turned it off and kept a second one on and the animal noise could then be heard in the second AC unit.
We stayed at this property twice. The first stay was much better. The second stay also had elevator not working. We were supposed to be in the 4th floor but they changed us to the second floor. It was still very difficult in the hot weather to climb these outdoor steps. That on top of the animal in the AC unit made our stay less than pleasant.
The hotel offered to order a cab for the airport for us. The cab that came had no AC and the car sounded like it might stop running at any time. There was also another person in the front seat - a local person - we were not sure if they were being dropped off somewhere prior to us. No explanation. In the middle of the trip to the airport, the driver asked what time our flight was. We said now. It was a most unpleasant trip. I would expect a hotel to endure a reputable taxi with AC for guests. This seemed to be someone’s friend looking to make money on the side.
