Pros:

The location is very close to the city center and the port.The staffs are really helpful with all my requests. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Great stay at Komodo Suites Downtown—comfortable room and great location, but no breakfast and some noise.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Also the bed was very comfortable.
Close to the centre, 5 min waking.
Good restaurant (not cheap) right next to the hotel.

Cons:

You’ll need earplugs, though, as you can clearly hear the call to prayer. The hotel does provide them, which is a nice touch.
The area around the hotel isn’t very well lit, and you have to walk uphill to reach it, which can be a bit inconvenient.
It’s a shame that they don’t offer breakfast. If you’re planning to leave very early, like we did for excursions or diving, there’s no takeaway breakfast available, which is not ideal.

Short walk to town
Pros:

Komodo Suites Downtown are an easy short walk from cafes and restaurants. There is annotation restaurant in the same building. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great places to stay if you are in between activities in Labuan Bajo.

Cons:

The hot water wasn’t very hot.

Superb location and huge comfortable room
Pros:

Fantastic location, close enough to the action but away from the noise. Huge room with big balcony, a sofa(!), kitchenette, big comfortable bed and perfect AC and wi-fi.
