The location and style of the hotel was excellent - staff were very helpful and we found the whole experience to be really good.
While the room was good the lighting could be better - also could do with a once over to bring it back up to its best
Staff seemed a little too passive, not really attentive in any shape or fashion, no-one asked if everything was ok, just poor service from the staff, apart from that everything was ok, but as a customer its nice to feel special and accepted and this was not my experience

The location was great for the town. The barn restaurant was great. The room was good. Didn’t like the bath shower facility in the middle of the room. Got quite messy but apart from that the room was lovely.
The room I stayed in I didn’t like the fact of the bath and shower being in the middle of the room, but apart from that, it was a great property
So relaxing and all staff we spoke too were very good , for one of the hottest days of the year so far it was a cool place / food very good , breakfast lovely and very fresh ingredients .
To be very honest the only thing that we missed was fruit and cereal at breakfast
