Séjour agréable.
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel, les repas du soir, le confort de la chambre ainsi que la piscine sont les principales qualités de cet hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est à reconsidérer. un regret aussi est l'absence d'un manager à l'hôtel.

Great stay to see the cave temples nearby with lovely staff (so long as you’re not in a hurry, you’ll be happy).
Pros:

The property was very clean and nice. Staff were constantly sweeping, cleaning and available and friendly. Staff worked very hard and were there all day. The food at the onsite restaurant was very tasty! It took some time for the food to arrive but when it did, it was excellent.

Cons:

We had several mosquitoes in our room from the start, likely due to a small opening in the window in the bathroom between the wall and the fan. After stuffing some toilet paper between the crack and killing all of the mosquitoes in the room, we were able to sleep more comfortably. Breakfast in the morning was consistently late. If you are trying to get to the Cave Temple early, this might be frustrating and perhaps better to pick something up on your way. However, breakfast usually arrived around 7:30ish and we arrived at the cave temple by 8:30am and still made it through before the major crowds.

Agréable séjour au centre de Dambulla
Pros:

La piscine, les lits, le calme, la proximité du temple d’or et de la gare routière avec ses restaurants !
L’hôtel sert de l’alcool ! Le personnel est ouvert et agréable, à l’écoute !

Cons:

La climatisation dans la chambre 108 nécessite un entretien, elle ne rafraîchit pas vraiment !

Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut und ruhig gelegen . Der kleine Pool ist sehr schön .
Das Bett sehr bequem und die Dusche funktioniert . Das Personal ist bemüht .

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig . Der Service ….. eigentlich gibt es keinen .Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen .

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, bár a szobák állapota hagy némi kívánnivalót.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mind a szállodában, mind pedig a szálloda éttermében. Mindenhol figyelmes kiszolgálást kaptunk, ami sokat hozzátett a jó élményhez.
Az épület kívülről, illetve a medence is jó állapotban van.
A szállás remek kiindulópont a környékbeli kirándulásokhoz.

Cons:

A szobákban elég erős dohányszag volt, ami zavaró tud lenni, különösen akkor, ha valaki érzékeny a szagokra. Az egyik szobában egy százlábú is meglátogatott minket, valószínűleg azért, mert a nyílászárók nem zárnak jól. A másik szobában pedig a fürdőszobában állt a víz, mivel a zuhanyzó vízelvezetése nem volt megfelelően megoldva.
Összességében a személyzet és a külső megjelenés nagyon pozitív, de a szobák állapotán és karbantartásán mindenképpen lenne még mit javítani.
